The clothes were not necessarily my size, but the lady I dealt with could not have been more helpful and Incredibly nice. I love this place because of this lady's incredibly excellent customer service.

I had a horrible issue with my order at this location. I will not get into it because the manager Amanda went above and beyond to make it right ! Thank you so much for your help and thank you for always being so nice when i shop ir pick my orders up.

The young sale woman named Cory has a wonderful presence extremely helpful and has great knowledge of the clothing in this store.

This store is clean and generally fully stocked. Sales representatives go above and beyond on most days but you do have a few I would rather visit when they are off. The sales are incredible and they absolutely always remind you of any available discounts. They're great with measurements. Most importantly they make you feel comfortable not just the staff but the clothes as well as the undergarments.

I needed new bras that really fit .. I hadn’t worn an underwire for years! Barbara helped me pick the bras out then helped me with everyone till I found what I liked! She was an amazing help!

From assisting me over the phone to my several in-store changes of mind, these two woman are phenomenal. I didn’t get the chance to get the other ladies names that work there but customer service is their super power. Thanks for a great experience!

We came all the way from queens, as the store near us closed. We were greeted by Julie and Amanda, who were very upbeat and friendly and answered all my questions right away. The store was clean, everyone super friendly including the customers. I left with 2 pairs of jeans 6 tops. Lovely woman who helped at the register was also great (unfortunately I didn't ask her name). When my husband had 10 pairs of jeans, Amanda put it in the fitting room right away and we kept shopping. Over all great experience and we will for sure be back! Big Shot out to Angela who helped me in the fitting room!!!!

I mean WOW!!! Absolutely amazing. I have a very large chest and it's been very difficult to find a bra anywhere that fits me. I was extremely frustrated and upset when I went to Macy's; they did not carry my size. I felt like a freak, but when I came here, I felt like I was normal like everyone else. My bra fits me the best I have ever had and the customer service is amazing. If you have a big chest and need a bra that fits, this is the perfect store for you.

I was trying on pretty dressy tops for an occasion and the sales people were very helpful. As a matter of fact, Michelle offered to order a particular top in the next size at no extra charge for shipping. Great experience.

My wife and I went into the store today searching for a bra for her. Always being a larger cup size, and up and down in weight, she was going off an old size for years. Marissa was extremely attentive, welcomed us in the store almost immediately. She made us feel comfortable to ask for help, and then set us up in a room and even accommodated us with a larger space, as we were with our baby in a stroller. She remained mask on, and following Covid rules even showing me how to measure my wife so they didn’t have to touch. She successfully sold us 3 which is more than we planned but well worth it in the long run, and truly being sold on it.
The rest of the staff was also very friendly.
We all take time to tell stores when they do something bad, we wanted to make sure they knew Marissa and the staff are doing things right and with a lot of experience and kindness.

Quick visit to return some things and this location had an awesome selection of different items I hadn't seen (and had me spend more money :). Amanda was absolutely awesome (having 2 items not in store shipped to my house) and everyone was super friendly & helpful. I'll definitely be back.

I’m an online shopper but I always have a good time/experience at this store when I go. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Always a nice special or a doorbuster sale. Large store with many different selections of clothing and sizes. 10/10. Thanks ladies for making my shopping experience worthwhile!

This location is very nice. I always wind up buying something here. Occasionally I shop online and have it shipped to this store . I have a Lane Bryant charge card so I get some good discounts.
There is plenty of parking .

I am very happy about my visit to Lane Bryant the associate Michelle was extremely helpful I found everything I needed and was able to order things I didn't overall very helpful Employees and the store was clean and easy to find what I was looking for.

No problem or issues with the place..staft is really friendly and helpful...specially when you are a guy in a woman's store...get my gift card and on my way I go..

Very nice store. Large selection of items. Employees are super nice and helpful. Items are a bit on the pricey side but they usually have pop up sales.

I love Lane Bryant. Makes my wife look soooo pretty. One of my favorite places to shop.
