Apple The Promenade Shops at Briargate

Cody at apple was the absolute best help to me today. I purchased a phone online for pickup and accidentally set it up under wrong line. He spent an hour and a half fixing the problem while be so kind. I am eternally grateful for him!!!

Eddie in the Genius Bar helped me out. I Had a broken screen, turned out other issues with my phone were found with the camera as well. Since I had the apple care, I was able to get into a brand new phone! He had amazing customer service, was very knowledgeable, and educated me in areas I wasn’t aware of with iPhones.

We almost purchased our new computer from Bestbuy because of all the poor Apple Store reviews, but we are super grateful we didn’t!

Upon entering the Apple Store, my wife and I were greeted and helped almost immediately.

We got the opportunity to work with Lando who was super helpful, knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service.

Very busy place. The workers there our completely awesome very friendly. They fixed my phone it took a little longer than expected But they made sure to explain every step to me. If I need my phone fixed again I woke definitely go here.

Great Store. Apple's customers are just not knowledgeable when using the AppleSupport App and their AppleCare. Customers do not understand that they have to make an appointment.

Also, before you go to the store, make sure you know your Apple ID, it will make the employees job easier.

A big shout to Codie. He is amazing. He went above and beyond even though i was not his customer. I was sitting at the table with three other customers he helped each of us. He does his job with passion and respect. I was amazed how he treated each of customer with respect and kindness. He has the knowledge and experience. I strongly believe Codie should get promoted. as an airline employee we all need Codie who goes above and beyond. He made my day. Thank you Codie.

Went to do some research on an iPhone and ended up walking out with one. Lando was fantastic at answering all my questions about the phones and even what I might look forward to and what would make my transition from Android to Apple easier. Thank you Lando.

It is actually a very nice store, they have inventive ways to hide the doors, it's kind of cool, the front doors are a little heavy to the weight of the glass, but everybody is extremely friendly, and they do have security on site which is very, very nice

Cleary was amazing. She was great help today (09/23) and we had a great talk which is always appreciated by the customer.

Tark (idk if I spelled his name right) and Anthony were BEYOND helpful and really went above and beyond to help me when my charger for my laptop broke. It was under warranty so they ordered me a new charger then let me charge my computer so I could use it for homework that same night since it’s finals week for me. Their customer service was amazing. They were absolute life savers!

If you like Apple products then this store will help to maintain them. I got the information that I needed and the staff did a good job to make sure I got the complete data.

I changed my password right before vacation and promptly forgot it while on vacation. My phone locked up and I was not able to use it at all. I stopped at the Apple Store and Jacob helped me, he was amazing and helped me get my phone back working. He was kind and didn’t talk down to me or make me feel stupid about what I had done. He was efficient and super friendly and I left as one extremely happy customer!

Busy but impressive! We are in our late 50’s and definitely NOT tech savvy. We were looking around and weren’t even aware that we needed to check in to get in Que to speak with a representative. A young man named Ray, asked if he could help and he navigated us two oldies through the process of upgrading our iPhones. Started the process of buying a couple iPhone 13’s and asked for our id’s and wireless carrier- once he saw my retired military ID, he said he could save us even more money! What a wonderful and fine young man! Great experience at this busy Apple store. Much more helpful and knowledgeable than at an AT&T store!!
