AT&T Store

I walked into this store and was greeted by a young man named Dallas whom went above and beyond helping me with my phone. Also explained things to me because I’m not very good with phones- technology he was very detailed. Dallas you are an exceptional young man and are great at what you do. Thank you so much for your help and thank you for showing what customer service is really about.. keep rocking it !!!!

I had Mike C help me out. An outstanding employee. Knowledgeable, super friendly and took care of business. In and out and made it happen. This store and frankly this country could use more gentlemen like Mike. Thank you sir for your excellent service. Faith in humanity restored.

Went to another ATT and they didn’t even greet me, so I left and came here. They were busy yet acknowledged my presence right away and said they’d be with me shortly. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Great experience!

Was help by will and this dude was super helpful and nice to my daughter and wife. Was very welcoming and funny. Definitely a great experience at this AT&T would definitely go back to this store in the future. 10/10 experience in my opinion. Just to add This dude needs a promotion!

AT&T on BRIARGATE

What a great experience!!! The store was super busy but Rachel and Caleb handled it well and solved our issues fully. If you need ATT service or a new phone come here and ask for Rachel because she really knows her stuff .... all things Att. True 5-Star service.

Just want to shout out to Shawn at the Shops at Briargate store for always being the best and being super helpful with my husband and I. We definitely appreciate all his help and highly recommend going to Shawn for everything Att.

Rachel did a fabulous job finding me the best deal and worked with my wants and needs! She went above and beyond to help me get a new phone and she was super nice! I don’t normally leave reviews, but she deserves 5 stars!

I had such a positive experience here! The staff (Rachel) was excellent. She answered all my questions about phones. I left to think about it more and ended up going by a different location while running errands. The other location was unhelpful, so I came back to this location and Rachel helped me again. I got a new iPhone and she answered all my questions about plan details, specials, and phones. I’ve never had a better phone buying experience! This location is where you should go!

Rachel was super nice and knowledgeable when helping me upgrade my phone on 02/23/2022 around 2:00-3:30 p.m.! She was patient & explained fees & plans well. I was on crutches & she held the door for me too (: Thanks for making it a nice experience.

At&t associate make sure that they will make sure to attend me. It was a busy time when I arrived. David help me as soon as he is done helping other customer. I didn't get the other male associate name but he is very attentive of me and assuring me others will help me as soon as they become available.

Purchased my new IPhone 14Max Pro on Black Friday in store (Briergate Shops AT&T), I live on the east coast and had the new phone shipped. When encountering an issue on the east coast I contacted the Colorado Springs Store and spoke with Lakea “Sunny” and told her my issue. She contacted the problem store on the east coast and went to bat for me, informing them of how they weren’t honoring the promotion with my new iPhone trade in.
I cannot say enough just how much I appreciated Sunny and her professionalism. She truly took care of me from several states away.
Thank you again for keeping my best interest in mind and being a reason to love AT&T Briercreek shops.

I arrive to the store 30 minutes before closing with an emergency issue and the sales associate Jacob was amazing. He was very patient listening to my issue and took the time to understand what my concerns were. He was very efficient dealing with the issues that I had and was extremely kind and patient with my lack of understanding of how to fix the issue myself. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had the very best experience possible and I will definitely be recommending this store because of Jacob and will be a lifelong customer of this particular AT&T store and AT&T in general because of this experience. Thank you again so much Jacob and thank you AT&T for getting my business phone back online so quickly in an urgent situation.

WOW. I needed to switch a phone from a postpaid to prepaid plan and I went the store on Academy first. Waited around for hours to essentially be told "we can't do it." I walked into this store and it was done in 5 minutes. James is the absolute best. He was really calm, straightforward, and competent. Will always come back to this store. Thanks!!!

Shawn is the greatest! His knowledge and expertise made my experience the best I’ve ever had at any AT&T store. If you need any help with your phone or service this is the place and the guy to visit! He sat down with my wife and I and quickly assisted us in finding the solution for our phone needs.

We went in to replace my son's broken phone on an upgrade. If you need any help, the Briargate location is the place to go. Brittany A. was awesome to work with and I highly recommend going to see her for anything you may need.

I came in looking to swap from Verizon to AT&T and Brittany made the switch super easy for me. The customer service was amazing and I was in and in out in no time. I can't wait to come back.
