Ribs were 5 star, the chicken fried steak was just okay. Next time I'll definitely try something different. My husband got the grilled salmon and absolutely loved it, so all in all the food was good. I really liked the atmosphere too. It was comfortable and inviting. The restaurant was clean. And it was so nice to not walk into a chain restaurant.

Excellent service, excellent food. This was the second time that we've had our anniversary dinner here, and we weren't disappointed. We plan on celebrating with Bourbon Brothers every year. Also, their carrot cake is just to die for!

Great spot. They have fantastic food and a classically rustic interior. Check out their happy hour for deals on drinks. We sat out back by the fire and had a cigar with a few guys. Recommended.

Went there and did a whiskey tasting order to shrimp and grits and it was some of the best shrimp and grits have had this far north of the south waiter will attentive. Understanding patient atmosphere was lively not loud. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had in Colorado Sunday brunch is outta this world!

Service was excellent. Food was amazing and large sizes! Chicken Fried Steak was one of the best I've had. White cream gravy was delicious and the creamed corn was incredible. The bread pudding was also amazing!! Really enjoyed the ambiance. You should make a stop here.

We stopped by after touring the Air Force Academy for a late lunch. I had the Cubano and my wife and 7 year old both had burgers, with carrot cake and pecan pie for dessert.

Amazing BBQ spot, but be prepared to spend some money if you go, but it's definitely worth every cent!
Every time we go, we get the deviled eggs as an appetizer, and the Jalapeño corn bread is a must! I've never been disappointed with a dish I've ordered here. This last time I got the BBQ Nachos, they were full of flavor and came in a large portion. The chips were hard to chew, kind of like they weren't cooked thoroughly.... but none the less, it was delicious! My wife had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and the green beans. The country fried steak was great, crispy fried, tender steak, definitely going to be my next dish to order.

We had an early dinner (4 pm local time) and got a seat right away. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had the ribs, brisket, loaded tater tots and Jalapeño corn bread. The brisket was wonderful, well smoked and not dry. The bread pudding was exceptional

The food here is absolutely delicious! We came in with friends on a very busy Saturday night without a reservation and the wait was probably twice as long as the hostess had predicted BUT the food and service was so fantastic following the wait that the wait was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

Literally everything on the menu is great! It’s crazy to think the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had I found in Colorado. Growing up in the south, grits are a staple food. The smokehouse meats are all awesome! The staff is always friendly and their bartenders are top shelf! The atmosphere changes from the dining room to the bar area to the bourbon room. Great place for family, drinks with friends, or even a business meeting. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, the smokehouse meats, and the dry rub wings. Oh yeah, make sure to leave room for the banana pudding, it’s awesome!

Finally visited this restaurant. A+ on the food, service, and atmosphere. We ordered the brisket with loaded potatoes, Buffalo chicken sandwich, and mac n cheese for my daughter. All of the food was amazing, the brisket was tender and not over cooked. For desert, we had the chocolate cake for two-which was also excellent. As for the whiskey menu, I’m a rookie on this but they have a huge selection fitting for a place with bourbon in the name. Edit: the sauce was amazing with the brisket! I used my wife’s fries to finish it off. We’ll be back. If I had to critique one thing, the hostesses were indecisive on what their wait time was. It didn’t matter as we walked in at peak hours and got a booth with no issue.

Fantastic food with five-star service. I believe our server's name was Garth, and he knocked it out of the park! My six year old told him he was the best server ever. Funny, friendly, attentive, and patient with us when we were so busy talking that we hadn't selected our entrees. Mac and cheese is to die for, and the blackened shrimp were amazing.

Incredible date night fun! Food was perfection, best service we've had in a while! Drinks were yummy! Only feedback is it was super hot in the main dining room. Unsure if we just got used to it or they turned the a/c on but it got better

First visit. Very nice atmosphere, our server was awesome. My only minor critique was that I asked they keep off the dill pickles and I still had them on my sandwich. But everything else was a really good experience.

Great atmosphere!! The staff is always pleasant. They have a great Bourbon selection and the food is quite good. Their home made ranch is fantastic, and the smokey bacon double cheeseburger has become my favorite burger around.

Amazing food!!! Got the BB Cuban. Lauren (our waitress) was amazing!!!! Came back several time, she was on point and one of the best. Truly amazing and had a great time. The manager came out as well. Great experience. Highly recommend

It's really good BBQ for the area. Excellent server. Would come here to eat again had plenty of left overs.
