Love going into bath & body to stock up, April always helps me and she’s sweet & helpful. I’m usually in and out. Sales happen often. Only thing was last time I was there they had the door open and it was hot and muggy in the store. Otherwise I’ll keep coming in for all my smell good needs

Staff is nice, very helpful and welcoming. The place is small so it's a little hard when it gets crowded, but service is usually quick even when the line looks a little long.

The young soft spoken girl in there with brown hair working on 2/4/22 @5pm was awesome. I came in there trying to regain my senses back after a battle with COVID. She was so nice and allowing me to try different scents. Thank you so much for helping me!

Love this place, but I was upset to learn that one of my favorite fragrances has been retired, so I had to go online and order it. I did try the new Mid-Summer's Dream, it's ok I will continue for a new one. My favorite is Into the Night! The gentleman that helped me was awesome!

I moved to Deerfield about a year ago, and even though there is another location closer to me, I still choose to come to this store because the staff at this location is truly phenomenal; they always make me feel welcome and are eager to help. I recommend this location to all my friends 💙

Had no idea which body spray to get, and the sales associate Damien was so helpful and let me sample the perfect scent. He also showed me a terrific foaming hand sanitizer! Super satisfied with my experience here!

They are practicing social distancing to the max. I stocked up on black friday sale items. Coupled with coupons, it was a deal. They won't be seeing me for a while. Happy squeaky clean holidays!

The workers here were great. There was a particular item I was interested that they no longer carry and they attempted to find something comparable for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They are awesome here. They serve all your needs. I was hosting an event and was running late they helped me pick out what I needed and wrapped them all up for me. They are great all the time!!

Excellent! My wife and I were greeted at the door and it was like having 2 personal shoppers for an hour. They explained everything. Lana and Ashely are fantastic!
