My favorite grocery store and I work at Food Lion! Shhhh. This German grocery store chain is very efficient in the grocery store arts. My wife loves their store brand wine. I salute Lidl. Cheap prices and great tasting store brands rivaling Trader Joe’s. Thank you!

Lidl is the 3rd largest grocery store in the world. After shopping there, you will love the store and know why they are so successful. With the large windows on the front of the building, the store has a lot of natural light that makes the store look clean and bright. The aisles are wide, and you feel comfortable shopping there. The parking lot is flat, and you don't fight with a shopping cart to keep it from rolling away when you place your groceries in the car. I have shopped at other Lidl stores, and they are always clean with good customer service.

I love Lidl anywhere. This one is no different. Great selection, great prices, eco friendly. What more could you want? The bakery always has fresh bread and pastries. They always have interesting new products from around the world and it's always reasonably priced. I solely buy my groceries. If you enjoy Aldi, this is similar except without the quarter cart.

It's nice that there is a discount grocery store on the west side of town now! There is a great bakery section with fresh baked cookies, breads, pretzels, croissants and donuts! Prices are pretty similar to Aldi. Also like Aldi, you need to bring your own bags and bag your own groceries.

Like the food variety and the wonderful staff. Although, I really miss the "Too Good To Waste" program they had. I now see them throwing away good food that could be sold for cheaper because corporate told them to get rid of that program. Corporate is "Too Greedy & Very Wasteful."

It was great because the prices were very reasonable and I love the place clean, not a lot of people like Walmart and it was close to my house.I would recommend Lidl because it was good, and this is my store.

A beautifully arranged supermarket in Burlington,very easy to navigate, pricing is very affordable/ cheaper than competitors.
Plenty of parking.Very friendly staff.

Wow ... my neighboring store. Can go any time for fresh fruits and some veges. Daily fresh backery is awesome at good prices. Other is plenty of house holds and some clothing too

Publix, Harris Teeter, Lidl, Aldi, Food Lion all of the grocery store options. Excellent location for AD shoppers!

Very good prices and items on sale weekly. Store is always neat and organized everytime I go. Make sure to look at the back of the store where all the seasonal stuff is. Ever changing inventory. Tools, kitchen items, decor, small furniture, children's toy sets too. Look similar to Montessori toys

First time visiting a Lidl. Very nice and simple concept. Excellent exit setup for checkout.

This was my first visit to Burlington store. I was pleasantly surprised considering the only other one I had been in was Apex NC. That store(apex) was a wasted trip due to it having empty shelves all over and unfriendly staff. BURLINGTON WAS TOP NOTCH... staff helpful throughout 5 stars Burlington store...

This place really does have some good prices.. but if your looking for good prices on hamburger and beef it's not much difference if any from anywhere else. At least not that I saw. And this was just my first time going here. In order to keep prices down you have to bring your own bags.. they do not bag your groceries. But they have plenty of bags to buy at the register.. they have paper, plastic and reusable fabric bags for purchase. Cheap. This place was very clean and had a lot of stuff besides groceries. I will definitely be going back.

This is a wonderful market. Bright, shiny and pristine clean,very much like shopping in the Netherlands. High quality food and wine, especially the meat, at unbelievably low prices. The staff is friendly, helpful and neighborly. This may well be the best store in the county. My compliments to their staff.

This store never disappoints! Great selection of both name brand and (even better quality) store brand merchandise. Deals are phenomenal, and you never know what you can find at a marked down price if it is getting close to the sell by date. It's always a surprise as to what kind of general merchandise you'll find as well. Probably my favorite grocery store, hands down

Awesome store, however, they are a few pennies higher than Aldis but they do have a different variety of items that Aldis doesn't have.

The Lidl store is new to Burlington, NC. This is my first impression. Food items are all on the perimeter of the store and miscellaneous items and clearance items are in the center of the store. All the carts are new, so none of them wobble. Most items are house brands, but I was able to find some favorites like Nature's Own bread priced about a dollar less than other local grocery stores. Some of the fresh vegetables are locally sourced and many but not all are in open bins to select from, others are in reasonably sized bags. Fresh and frozen proteins are competitively priced. When checking out, you bag your own groceries in your own bags. I was surprised that there was only a minute or two wait in line One nice thing at the end is that since I didn't have a discount coupon, the cashier applied one that gave me 30% off the first $30 of my purchase. That was a pleasant surprise. I recommend that you check it out.

Lidl's bread is the best baked bread that you will find .
Love their German Sourdough bread, which is so wholesome and tasty. Their croissants are so flaky.

I decided to brave the crowd and check this place out on opening day! Things were well organized and running smoothly despite the large turnout. I was impressed with the prices and selection. The staff was also pleasant and helpful. I think I’ve found my new go-to grocery store!
