Every time I visit this location, the team of women working are kind, knowledgeable, and bestly, efficient! Debbie is the best!

The staff here are very nice and helpful every time I go in. Monica helped me make Amazon returns and was patient throughout the entire process. I returned about 15-20 red dresses that I tried on for an event. They all looked the same so it was confusing matching it up to the return codes. It definitely took some time to get through them all and she never once rushed me or made me feel bad. She even helped me figure out which dress matched up to what. I know for a fact other people would not have been so patient and kind, so thank you Monica!

UPS employees are the nicest people you’ll find just about anywhere! From the delivery drivers to the ladies here at the store! They always have the answer to any of my questions, they greet me with a friendly smile, they love what they do and it shows in how they interact with their customers! To me, that speaks directly about the people and the company they work for…I love UPS and UPSers!

Marla & all the ladies are fantastic at this location they really know their stuff & go above & beyond to help the consumer. I was surprised to see all the rude reviews. Just don’t understand. Had to give them kiddos as they are wonderful & a bright spot in my days. We need more people/employees that are personable, willing to help & just over all cool like these ladies in our world. Thank you for always helping!!!!

Very helpful at this particular store. The clerk was unusually helpful. Definitely a good experience.

So I went in today to return an Amazon package like I have done several times before. I always showed them the return barcode on my phone and they scanned it and printed a label.

This time the lady said needed I needed to print it. I could email it to them for $4 and then 10 cents to print it. I am not sure when this changed but just a heads up.

I came in about 4:45pm this evening. Debbie was very helpful, friendly, and swift in helping me with my transaction. Overall it was a pleasant experience at this location.

Get my mail there because I live out in the country and postal services don't deliver packages. Nice, courteous and professional people work there. Been doing all my printing, banners and signs done there, too.

Went not knowing which was the best way to ship my item, staff already knew the shipping was on the return company, made my life so easy. Everyone friendly and willing to help.

The lady that runs the store is a freakin gem. All the employees are nice. I come here way too frequently for work, and it's always enjoyable.
