Bays always stocked with product and people ready to help with any questions you may have about any of your projects you're working on. Customer service is amazing. All employees are very friendly. And always right where you need them. Amazing place. And if you need any work done there is always contractors in the store ready to help.

Nakota is the best customer service rep that I have ever had the pleasure of working with at Home Depot, and I go to Home Depot a lot. First, he was with another customer, but he saw I needed help so he approached me and said, " as soon as I'm done I will help you out". And sure enough, he came over and helped me match up 20 to 30 bolts that I only had a schematic for, and was as pleasant as he could be about it. So, if you could recognize him and let him know that he is doing a great job there. Thanks, Nakota

I love this place! Every time I step in this store I get a smile on my face. You can tell they have a good work culture because they all have a smile and are very helpful. Chey in Plumbing and Byron in Doors are just a couple of the associates that I've had the pleasure of getting to know.

Made a quick stop at this HomeDepot located off I-10E. Luckily, it allows for 1 or 2 18 wheelers to park next to their Garden Area safely, and it doesn't impact their customers' parking lot.
I need a new cable cutter and having access to my Home Depot card came in handy.

Came in for a few things we’ve been needing. Large variety to choose from. Can always find what we’re needing here at this location. Staff is always helpful with any questions. We purchased bulbs, mulch, soil, insect spray and we even found this large dog bed! Did not go with the intention of purchasing a new one but it was priced so reasonably that we couldn’t pass it up, and our pup loved it!

The only place I go for my house upgrades, they have every in store and if not you can order online, I’m always at the painting isle lol always painting

My shopping experience started off awful. I asked for help from one of the floor employees, he didn’t want to help and made it known. He tried to convince me that maybe the store was sold out of the item I was looking for instead of helping me. Finally he says it’s not his department try the paint section. Once I arrived at the paint section I met an employee named Ash. She greeted me with a smile and was more than happy to assist me. We found the item I was searching for. This store has a valuable team member and others can learn better customer service from her. I will definitely visit this store again because of Ash Johnson. Hopefully, she will be there on my next visit!

It's not your same home Depot, every worker that passed me greeted me and asked if I needed help! And a couple asked how my day was going

Popped in for a socket set. The store was fully stocked and staffed by some of the friendliest people we met on our trip.
We were able to park up front, pop right in and out in record time.
I'd highly recommend establishment.

Great experience!!! My family has been remodeling our stair case; to finish the remodel we need to buy a 1/8” plywood board to finish the raisers. We have hade wood cut a couple of times at Lowe’s, however they were unwilling to make more than 2 cuts for us. This was not even enough to fit the board in our car. But we were very happy with the service we got from Jacob! He cut the board as many times as we need him to and he had a very positive attitude while doing it! He also took the time to do it right making sure not to splinter the board! He was fantastic to work with and made our experience so much easier! If you ask me this man needs a good raise he is exactly what Home Depot needs and makes his customers feel valued!!

DAVE in electrical was the most help I have received in years, and I’m in the large electrical supply chains on a weekly basis. He went above and beyond to figure out a confusing problem that required going to 2 different departments within a couple minutes. Thank you!

I love Home Depot. They have so many beautiful plants and garden things. You can find alot of nice things at Home Depot. The store is clean and well organized. Employees will help you and are very polite and courteous. Thank you Home Depot. Tonight I got lawn chairs and a cute light for my picnic table with an indoor - out door candle.

I am in here at least 3/4 times a week. They always have what you need. A little before and after with Home Depot products.

Friendly and fast customer service. The tool rental employee answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

You want to know who is the hardest working professional employee you have at this location?? His name is Daniel. I have picked up material 2 days in the past 4 days and both times he went above and beyond to help me getting loaded up. He handled a large return for me today and made it as easy as possible.

I ordered an electric cord reel from my local home Depot, but shortly after, they sent an email saying there wasn't any in stock. I called the store in Seguin and talked to Nay in electrical. She walked over to make sure there was product for me before I drove 20 miles there. She was very kind and helpful.

I want to thank and acknowledge the folks in the paint department. They have been extremely helpful when I go in with lots of questions. I mean lots! Always helpful and always kind. Much appreciated!

There is usually someone around to help if you have questions, which is a big plus for someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Even if you know everything, they can help you find where it's hidden.
