Amazing experience. We had the most supportive staff member and sales person Monica Jenkins. She took care of our every need and understood what we needed for our family. She did not let us go home empty handed. Taking home our new 2023 Chevy traverse. My kids were taken care of on site and we were happy to be able to fit comfortably in our car. Great experience. Can't wait to do it again.

To say our experience was perfect would be an understatement. Jeremy and Jonathan were absolutely flawless! My wife has been wanting a new Tahoe for YEARS and with the new baby, it made it more of a must. Jeremy made it happen with a GREAT deal that no big city dealers could even come close to. The sales reps including Marcus Toliver and one other whose name I don’t recall were very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. They were patient and encouraged me to road test the car I was looking at. I actually had fun working with them. Marcus was able to document my military service and get me a discount for that, which I appreciated. Overall, though it took a long time, I am very satisfied with my experience at Seguin Chevrolet and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I had a very good experience at the dealership. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully by the staff. Our sales person Kordell was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Very attentive and got us through the process smoothly.

Very friendly service. Due to the high volume of customers at the dealership, the purchasing process is slow, but worth the wait. Jaime Gallegos did everything possible to give me a good deal on my trade-in, and an excellent price on the new vehicle. Since driving a Colorado-sized truck was a new experience for me, Jaime taught me how to fit the Colorado into my garage. At the dealership, Jaime explained every feature inside the cab and set them so I would have an uneventful drive home, and be able to operate the vehicle successfully for the first few days of ownership. The staff at Seguin Chevrolet is more than accommodating and helpful. You are absorbed into their family the moment you walk in the door.

Marcus was Great, the first person I saw as I got out of my 2020 Silverado 1500, asked where the New 2500 were and he helped. Luckily we walked to the service end found the truck I was looking for. Jessica was Great in the finance department. Good atmosphere all the way around.
