The staff at this t-mobile location were extremely nice, provided thoughtful answers, and very honest. i want to give a special shoutout to Nathan in particular. Not only did Nathan troubleshoot my issues and help me understand the underlying issue, he was careful to better understand me and my needs before making any recommendations. this was such a distinct and positive retail experience!

Rene saved my experience today! He was very attentive and knew his stuff. I am beyond satisfied and grateful for his services. Don’t waste your time going to anyone else. Rene is your guy!

Stopped in just to get information on their plans. Charmaine and Steven were so helpful (and not trying to sell anything at all) that I switched over my 4 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. Only a few days in, but I am extremely happy with the cellular service. I would highly recommend this particular store.

Thanks to Mr . Ebon Thomas I’ve been keeping my businesses account at T-Mobile store in Larchmont ! He’ has an amazing way of dealing with all the customers that enter the store and give his attention equally to make us all feel welcome.. More employees need to have his skill, ethical conduct and etiquette!!’ The store stands out keeping every customer smiling as they leave. As a business owner in the next town I am genuinely impressed . !!

On October 18th 23. I went into the Larchmont location needing to replace my phone. Originally I was informed I couldn't trade in my old pixel 6 pro due to other reasons. I then was very irritated because as a long time T-Mobile customer I felt that T- Mobile never workd with customer especially in these economic times. However, Kesly the Associate Manager was very patient and helpful in working with me. I am pleased to say that I was able to receive a new Pixel phone and a Pixel watch with their promotion. I highly recommend going to the Larchmont location for All your T-Mobile services, the whole staff is amazing and very professional. Thanks again Kesly.

I went in because I need help with my bill. Nathan helped me. He was great! Answered all my questions and helped resolve some issues with my bill.
A few hours later I called to ask a question and I was greeted by a very nice salesperson who also helped me.

My wife and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile Magenta 55+ Max, and I bought an iPhone SE to replace my 8s. While lengthy, Jay King (manager) and Dre were terrific in guiding us (patiently) through the process. It would have been much quicker if I had not bought the new phone. I will be recommending T-mobile Larchmont to friends as the place to go for excellent service.

Jay King II provided me with perhaps the best customer service experience I have ever received anywhere anytime!

I am a new T-Mobile customer and in transitioning from another provider, signed up and acquired new phones online, resulting in an absolutely terrible, error-laden activation experience. After perhaps an accumulated 10 hours of phone based customer service engagement stretching over four months, my problems were still not fixed, to my extreme frustration. Out of desperation, I came to this store seeking any possible help, and even though I had not made a single purchase there, Jay quickly became committed to rectifying my situation in the hopes of creating a satisfied new T-Mobile customer. Jay spent considerable time, first diagnosing what had gone wrong (when at least four phone-based customer support staff/managers were unable to do so), and then spending time on the phone with customer support on my behalf.

Jay King not only solved my problems, but turned me from an extremely disgruntled new customer to one who would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is considering a carrier change or just a new purchase to visit the Larchmont T-Mobile store. I couldn't be more grateful, many thanks!!

I never look forward to upgrading to a new phone but this store made the whole process painless. They were extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly with no issues with my new phone. They made sure everything was transferred and working properly before I left.

I hate going to cell stores. It's always long lines, long phone calls and people not knowing what they are doing.

Jay and Jazz saved my life today!!! Came in after the new Pixel update kept glitching my phone. I have not been able to use it since last night. They went above and beyond to research and fix my issue. Leaving super happy with the service and appreciate this team very much.

David was excellent. In and out with a new phone in less than an hour. He explained it all in great detail and was extremely knowledgeable and patient.
