I know nothing about cars. My car had an oil leak and I stopped in to AutoZone. A young man named Enzo helped me and he was amazing. He was patient and kind and gave me one of the best customer service assistance I have ever got. AutoZone is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee

I can from the Ventnor Plaza location looking for a part that was available after confirmed over the phone and after arriving to Ventnor Plaza I found out they don’t have it. Long story short, David went above and beyond to help means end-up finding the part the EHC Store.

Down the shore for vacation with family. Brian the manager and Noah the associate were super nice and friendly. Went way out of their way to help me. Way better than the people at the auto zone in my neighborhood.

Went in for wipers and got the wrong ones after trying for 20 minutes to get them on in the parking lot. Husband went in to figure out the issue (it's a new car to us) and an employee not only returned the wrong ones, got us the right ones but he helped us get them on in the rain. Super sweet, super cute. 10/10 would recommend. ;)

I went in today for a new hubcap and the store manager helped me find the correct size and then put all the new ones on for me. I was so pleased and I will always recommend that store!! Thank you, Bryan!
What great customer service!

I feel compelled to mention how impressed I was with Bryan from the Somers Point store. He was kind and very patient with this 81 year old. Twice, he installed car mats when the prior ones weren’t secure enough. He helped me to replace them with sturdier ones. Not once did he show impatience with me. He certainly is an asset to your company!!

I needed wiper blades for my VW Tiguan, so I stopped by Auto Zone in Somers Point. Most places no longer have a book for you to flip through in order to determine the proper blades for your car, so I went to the counter and they helped me. Stephanie showed me which blades would fit my car, and then offered to help me install them. I am so glad that she offered, because my car does not have the J-clips like most cars, and instead has these goofy adapters that you need to use. It took a few minutes to get them fitted, and Bryan (the store manager) also came out to lend a hand. They were able to get me on my way quickly, which was great because after seeing all of the clip choices, it would have taken me an hour or so to figure it out.

Definitely great service, and I will not hesitate to visit them again when I need anything for my car.

Very good service. This is the only location I shop at or trust. They are very helpful, have the parts I need and even test/ replace batteries. I say this because other places I've been were extremely lazy and refused to even do the basics. Good crew. Good prices. Keep it up guys ...you're appreciated!

This morning I needed to get power steering fluid for my daughter's vehicle. I am a woman and know nothing about automotive and definitely needed help. At Somers Point Autozone, a lovely gentlemen named Pedro quickly got behind his computer and found the EXACT brand for the car's specific needs and to help solve the problem of a slow leak. THANK YOU PEDRO and Autozone for having a store that's comfortable for a woman to shop as well as knowledgeable men. God bless.

This Auto Zone is awesome, there is a mgr. Brian whose customer service goes above and beyond. He helped me with my battery that was given me trouble and would not stop until I was safely back on the road. I will not go anywhere else but here. Thank you for all your help Brian.

I just left your AutoZone store on route 9 and Somers point I was on the road on the garden State parkway blue and upper radiator hose it took me quite a while to limp mode my van this far the people in the store were amazing they didn't have I couldn't find the right hose he called three other stores they called in advance they even called the Napa just cuz they knew I was on the road and I was trying to get somewhere these guys are great so if anybody has any questions the man I talked to send it was his first day here and he went way way above and beyond when he had to do to help me out and get me home this store is great you should thank your people who work here and your mom and other dollar an hour and they're at L signing off
