Stefanie H in the fax/print is always extremely helpful to every single customer who walks into that store. Not sure how she always has a positive attitude and is extremely helpful but it's impressive. She is an overall great employee, I think she is selling herself short at that job and is probably worth double the pay she is receiving.

I had an issue in opening downloaded files in my HP desktop for a while. After going through HP Jumpstarts, a computer wizard at college and selected YouTube clips, I recognized that the online services I selected all seemed to be "blind" with my issue. At Staples in Levittown I met Matt, who patiently listened and responded all my questions and concerns. When I brought my computer into the store the same day, Matt solved the problem in a few minutes, without charge!

I had an issue where the post office wasn’t delivering the packages to my Virtual address located in staples. One of the young ladies that work in the copy center, stephanie went above and beyond to fix the problem and was successful at it. She went above and beyond. I’m very grateful as many packages were being returned … i give this store 5 stars because stephanie displayed exemplary customer service skills. I will continue to use them in the future.

MATT was extremely helpful in going over printers. The details of how each are different, same. What extra products you need, don't need. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for your assistance.

This is my favorite place for printing. I work in the city but will often bring my printing home to here to print because the staff is so excellent and they normally aren't as busy as the city. They make me feel less stressed and they take care of everything. I have never had a problem printing here and love the kind staff.

Couldn’t ask for better service, my man Mike cleaned out my phone that had gunk in the charging port and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time, honestly one of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. If I need any supplies, I’m coming here.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and then approached by Jayson who asked if I needed help. When I told him what I wanted, he brought me over to what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the item which I then purchased.

Easy place to park, pretty large store but not the hugest selection for art supplies. Good prices tho and even better when you can use coupons!!

This is the best place ( staples) in long Island Area. Staff is so amazing, helpful, and courteous. Parking is huge front of this store. Always good deals inside !
