I've been in this store a couple of times for amazon returns and returning my Spectrum equipment. Each time the staff has been extremely efficient and helpful. I have never spent more than 3 minutes in here at a time because they had me dealt with so quickly.

I have no clue at all why this place has bad reviews. I promise you there is no way the reviews are about the staff. First off the person that did the hiring here did an outstanding job. The employees are knowledgeable, kind not stressed outgoing group of people. They seem to care & Honestly they seem to try & benefit you the customer as much as possible.
Ok so let’s talk about pricing? Pricing is not solely based on location bc there is a set price overall so that shouldn’t reflect upon location nor be in the reviews well that’s how I view it.
Ease of entry from parking lot 5/5
Clean? 5/5
Quick & fast? 5/5
What happens when only 1 person is working? The dude or chick is hustling & getting things done so it’s still fast?
Quicker than fast food? Yes
Printing, faxing, mailing, boxes, taping etc etc all done here and is super easy. Trust me not knowing how or what to do or ask for when sending stuff is truly normal just walk in & ask them. This group of people won’t scam you or up charge you I promise. Just tell them where you need to send it & the rest is simple

I want to thank this UPS for having such kind staff.
Jasmine, Jonathan and Alex have been such great help to me. I have been in several times in the past couple weeks and I enjoy having this crew assist me as they are always happy and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. . I will be back every time!!!

Kimmie was awesome! I have shipped a lot of through UPS. Shes one of the best ive ever worked with. Super quick, down to earth! Sarah is awesome too! It would not allow me to have another review!

They always go above and beyond for me at this store. If I'm shipping something they package it for me to make sure it arrives safely or if I'm working on prints and copies for work they always go above and beyond to help me with ideas to make sure everything turns our perfect! I don't know what I'd do without this store right here on Leestown Road! Very convenient and a very happy customer!

Very helpful staff and service is quick

They packed & shipped a sewing machine for me that needed sent away for service. It came back in one piece, wirh compliments from the warranty servicer. I have used them frequently for drop offs and quick shipments. I have always found them courteous and focused on my needs (& budget).

I had my fingerprints done here for nursing school. It was quick and easy. And they went through on the first try. Employees are always friendly when I go in.

Left the winchester store where they were very rude and unhelpful. I was in and out of this store in Lexington with what I needed in less than 2 minutes. So helpful and professional, thanks!
