AT&T Store

Justin and the team were awesome! Came in on vacation and wanted to upgrade, Justin was super cool and knowledgeable on the iPhone explained the differences in the new phone and the old. Was also able to get me a great deal on the trade in. Overall great experience and not pushy really changed my views on going to the actual store and buying. Thanks again!

Came in to get a phone case and a screen protector and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Carl was very helpful and kind, and did an excellent job applying the screen protector for me; not even a hint of a bubble. As I was leaving, the manager was sitting near the front door, and he thanked me, told me to have a great day, and complimented me on my shoes! It's the small things that make people's day, and these guys were well aware of that fact. Amazing staff and the case and screen protector are great too!!

I went into the store multiple times and all the employees are very knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience. I now feel like I can go into the store for any questions or issues and feel that they will get resolved quickly! Very happy to have helpful people to be able to turn to!

I stopped by this store just to ask a question about exchanging an accessory I had purchased that had been purchased twice by mistake. The gentleman was very polite and helpful in getting the accessory exchanged for another item.

Had an excellent experience in getting my new iPhone ordered. AT&T has taken great care of myself and our company. Mitch Barber is our rep and he is the best one we have ever had. I think we have North of 80 phones with him and he takes excellent care of us.

The Manager John went above and beyond to fix an issue I had with my trade in. Something I went into pretty upset turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I would definitely go here again and recommend speaking to John if you are having any difficulties. Thank you.

I went in to get a pop socket for my phone, and was greeted by Isaac. He was friendly and quickly explained options available to me. He reviewed my service plan and looked for ways to save money. He is knowledgeable and professional.

The man who helped me was knowledgeable. He made my trip worthwhile.

Went to the store today and met Angelo R ,really appreciate his help today .We were having trouble with porting our sim cards but he waited patiently until we were able to get all our information from other carriers. He described us everything and he made sure we are getting the best plan and services .I Would have given him 10 stars if i could .Angelo was such a humble and helpful guy :)

I went into the ATT store and was greeted immediately. The woman who greeted me turned me over to a representative named Matthew. He was very helpful and I was in an out with my purchase quickly.

Came in to have my phone fixed. As soon as I walked in Issac helped me right away! He made sure my phone was working correctly and made sure I had the best plan for my phone. Thanks Issac!

I purchased an unlocked smartphone off of Amazon and had connectivity problems. Went to an ATT store on my way home after work.

I don't remember his name but the ATT customer service guy greeted me as soon as I entered. When I explained my issue we went to a table and resolved it within 10 minutes. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Good representative for ATT. No charge for a new sim card that I needed or for his diagnosis of the problem.

It’s been about 4 months now, and since I never received a survey from AT&T, I wanted to take the time to recognize Emilio B. for his professionalism, and courteousness in renewing my faith with AT&T as I was about to switch to another cell carrier.
I explained to Emilio the constant issues I was having with our phone plans, and the numerous amount of time spent with technical support, with no resolutions. Emilio consulted his manager immediately and proceeded to take action to resolve our issues with regards to data plan issues.
Emilio was very thorough with his approach, by transferring one phone number at a time. Then we thoroughly tested to confirm that things were functioning properly. Then he proceeded to the remaining 3 lines and was able to resolve the problems that we had been experiencing for 3-4 months.
Emilio, thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to resolving our issues. You've truly made a difference for our family.
The rest of the staff, including the manager were also very nice, friendly and helpful.
If anyone ever has any issues with their AT&T services, please seek out the Richmond Rd Lexington KY location. They are superb in customer service and will listen to your needs; they will do their best to address any issues or concerns that you may have had in the past.

I stopped into this location today after having a pleasant experience at this location in the past and couldn't be happier that I did. The store staff, specifically Jimmy and the store manager (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) were very professional, friendly, and caring. They went far out of their way to make for a pleasant experience for my wife and I and they should recognized for the great service they provide customers. I would recommend this location to anyone and will be back in the future to sign up for AT&T TV. Thank you to the Richmond Rd. AT&T staff for such a pleasant shopping experience.

Caleb and his manager, Crystal, went above and beyond to help me with my complex porting issue. At first, it looked like there was nothing they could do, but they tried everything possible and eventually found the right person who solved my issue. Their efforts kept me from having to pay an extra $100 to fix my setup mistake. Kudos to them for excellent customer service, even when the issue was beyond the ordinary!

Jimmy did an excellent job. He ensured we upgraded to the best plan, best phone selection and accessories and received a discount. He was very patient and we had fun during our visit! Jimmy is a great salesman!
