This Location is the biggest in Los Angeles County. Lots of brands and items the prices are steep. very clean store employees are very helpful and quick to help.

there is no parking so must park in the busy street.

Great customer service and polite staff. They are helpful while at the same time let you do your thing looking around. The young man who helped my husband get his work shoes was awesome. Size 12 wide boots with steel toe. The selection for size 12 wide was very limited for work shoes in stock (we could have ordered through them) but the pair he got in stock was perfect. I hope in 6months they will stock up on a better variety of boots size 12 or 12 wide but even if they don't he will probably just get the same pair cause it's very very comfortable.

Received excellent customer service. Store manager personally assisted me with my purchase. She was very patient. allowed me to try 7 different pairs of shoes. to find what would best fit my needs. she was very knowledgeable and very respectful of my time. While helping other customers and putting away inventory she was always right there whenever I had a question.the company I work for has a corporate account and I've gone to many, many shoeteria stores and the past 5 years and this is the only one. that I've been able to write an overwhelmingly positive review for . The atmosphere in the store was very nice compared to other stores that play loud music.the staff at this location in Norwalk did a great job thank you Norwalk shateria for great experience....

Nice friendly and fast service. Join the rewards program and save on the purchase. It really adds up. Also, you can find comparable brands for less so you can get more. There were a few mark downs that were probably returned. But it still looked new. I would have gotten them if they were in my size.
