Men's Wearhouse

My son got married recently and I used Men's Wearhouse in Sarasota to rent tuxedos for 11 people. Angel, the store manager, was superb. I would recommend dealing with him without hesitation.

More than impressed! My fiancé and I are getting married out of state in a week and he ordered his Tux from an online rental company, but was concerned about the sizes delivered. We brought the garments into the store for an expert opinion and were greeted with kind, polite, and knowledge staff. John and Dawn were patient and were able to help resolve our tux issue. We ended up purchasing additional outfits and plan to return for all future purchases. Highly recommend using this store versus any online rental company and greatly appreciate the hospitality!

Stopped in at the Cattlemen Rd location by UTC. I was in need of a sports coat/blazer for a special event. The staff was very helpful! Purchased a jacket and a couple of shirts. Very satisfied!

Men's Warehouse is the best place to get a suit or tux. I've been using Men's Warehouse for over 20 years and I'm always impressed with the quality and price. Great people too.

Where do I even begin. This has probably been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in my entire life. I walked into the store in gym clothes, with my girlfriend in the same, and smoothies in our hands, when we were immediately greeted by David. He asked what I was looking for and I told him I had a few weddings coming up and I wanted to get a tailored suit for them. It is the first one I've ever had. He joke and said I hope you don't need it tomorrow. He walked me over to the jackets and goes "well you're not going to be easy to fit, which I laughed again at. I'm 6'1" 230, and I'm definitely not an "off the rack guy." David proceeded to guide me through the jacket, pants, a vest, undershirt, and tie with the knowledge and precision of someone who gas been doing this for a lifetime, never holding anyone sort of judgment against me for my complete and utter lack of knowledge in finer dressing. I've been a bartender my whole life and this has never been anything I've ever done. I felt comfortable and supported and encouraged the whole time, even when i struggled to tie my tie. Once we had all the garments picked out I was scheduled to come back a couple days later to get everything tailored. David was there again, happily greeted me and introduced me to Angie, the tailor. Such an angel! Like a mother would she spun me around, pinned me up, posed me and sized me, all in about 10 minutes and I was done. She was a sweet heart. Exactly 2 weeks later everything was done and I came back for last looks. I didn't call ahead or anything but you guess it, David was there to help me yet again. Assisting me put my vest and jacket on and off, and taking a couple of photos for my family. David, Angie and my experience here have been the absolute best and I can't wait until I need to come back again. Thank you so much.

We rented all the groomsmen's tuxedos and the suit's worn by the groom's father and guests - this meant that measurements for the clothing were taken in: San Diego, Tacoma, Minneapolis, and Fayetteville NC!!! All except for one were delivered to Sarasota and the last minute adjustments were done without issue! I am pleased and impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff!

This place was absolutely amazing. The service we had experienced there was above anything we could imagine. It's nice to walk into a true customer service oriented business with people who love their job. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the floor manager, Anthony. Which I was surprised due to the fact I had a baseball hat on backwards and wasn't dressed the part. But he showed an exceptional amount of willingness to help. We told him what we needed and he ended up bending over backwards to help us build a custom suit pulling colors and samples from across the store. Christine then helped us set up rentals and again we were beyond pleased with the service. She did everything she could to meet with us on our needs and budget. We highly recommend that establishment and we are very pleased.

We had amazing experience at Men's Warehouse. My husband purchased a tux for a black tie event but it didn't quite fit so they offered us a very generous offer on a brand new suit which they custom fit for him. They also offer FREE alterations and steam & press. So forget having to go to the cleaners all of the time. They have a great selection. The customer service and cleanliness of the store is also top notch! Much gratitude. Highly recommend.

Got one of our groomsmen a suit last minute. The staff was extremely knowledgeable (shout-out to Cody and Angel!). They even looked up my order from months ago to have our groomsmen match my suit. You pay for what you get for, and these guys deliver. Needless to say, we like the way we look :)

So, at 5 minutes to 6 we pulled into parking lot. Just wanted a quick look.
Have to honestly say, the Manager, Tony, was beyond wonderful. While he could have pushed us out of the store as closing time was 6, he made us feel comfortable and did not in any way pressure us to leave so he could get home to his family on a yucky night. He was kind and honest. Exactly what you want from a salesperson. (not typical) Can't recommend him or the store enough. Hope Men's Warehouse knows what an asset he is to their business!!!

My husband needed an outfit for a wedding didnt know what he was doing. There assistant manager Angel came over to help him and did a wonderful job! He helped pick out everything and my husband was very pleased with his choices. I highly recommend this store and going to Angel for assistance!

Tony was awesome! He got my husband fitted perfectly for a new blazer and shirt...and we lucked into timing for a buy 1 get 1 deal so he left extra happy with 2 sets and ready to look sharp for upcoming meetings! Thank you Tony!!

My fiancee and I set up an account for tux purchases for our wedding for all of the groomsmen and father's. Tony helped us along the whole way. He went above and beyond. A couple of our fathers lived out of town and no where near a men's wearhouse so Tony worked with them to get their tux ready quickly when they got into town. I highly recommend Tony and his team. We went through Men's Wearhouse for our groom and groomsmen's suits, and it was a great experience! We rented, and it was awesome that they have samples of all the colors that you can touch and see before making your choices, the staff was great at recommending combinations that would work well, the scheduling of fittings/pickups/dropoffs is all planned by them, and they did allow us to return at any location, as our wedding was out of state. It was nice that they had an electronic portfolio of all the men needing suits and the details we had picked out for each; being able to preview what they would look like online and be able to make any changes as we decided was an awesome extra feature. They were very accommodating, and I definitely will use them as needed in the future.
