All the staff at this Advanced Auto Parts are amazing. Don’t judge a book by its cover please. Some employees may not look like the ‘typical’ car experts. I have to say that those employees are by far the most helpful I’ve experienced. So far EVERYONE has been very helpful even with my very specific and not normal questions. Every time I’m there, I’m greeted very welcoming.

COVID-19: Advanced Auto Parts has some of the best COVID-19 procedures. They give you anti-bacterial hand sanitizer, they give you the scanner and credit card machine so you essentially do all the work and you are the only person to touch the product. I think the way they do this is brilliant and I’m confused as to why any other business does it this way.

Some Experiences:

First, I was shopping for a new fan assembly, electrical connections, etc. for my 2013 Camaro ZL1 which was overheating due to one of the fans not working. Advanced Auto helped with this and got me the parts I needed.

Second, I drove by the GM Dealership down street and saw a beautiful Z06 Vette which had the Z07 package as well as many many other options. I fell in love with the car and ended up trading in my Camaro ZL1 for the newer Vette....

I already ordered supercharger upgrades, camshaft, full exhaust, etc. etc. which I have to buy online to be honest... Point is what I DID need ASAP is a good ‘quick detailed spray’, microfiber cloth, hose, etc. - the blue on the Vette is beautiful and I wanted it to stay clean.

This Z06 Vette has more curves and edges than any car I’ve ever owned. It’s also the smallest. Which honestly makes it the hardest car to detail I’ve ever owned. The recent detailing products worked great.

The guys and girls are very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help you out, thanks for your help Steve moving to your venice store you will be missed here in the Beveridge store

Staff is always very helpful and point me in the direction of exactly what I need. They even make sure I've got the tools or gauges that I need to complete my repair. 10/10. Combined with YouTube videos to show me how to do basic stuff I've saved loads of $$ doing it myself.

I stopped in before work and Mikey was so helpful! I was in desperate need of a new battery for my car and he provided me with good advice and installed it for me. He even took the time to clean the contacts. I'm very grateful.

The nicest people I ever met, one of the workers super great guy, helped me change my car battery and got my car started even when a mechanic we had to pay, couldn't get it started.

As always, the store is well staffed. Even at a quarter till 9, right at closing time, they are friendly, helpful and have some pretty good insights. First off, it's nice that they stay open until 9, most every other business on that stretch of Bee Ridge closes well before. Also, i almost felt welcome, like they were happy to help, glad I was there, even. Their prices are competitive and there's always a deal or two if you look around. Their rewards program is a little cumbersome but worth the effort if you're there as much as we are. As is often the case, the staff makes the first impression and when price and quality are similar, the people make the difference. Advanced Discount Auto on Bee Ridge has been treating me right for a long time, thanks, neighbors.

David F. was so generous of his time and attention while assisting us with our battery issue. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about every aspect of our visit and even offered to install the replacement battery in our car at no cost! We can't say enough nice things about our visit today and wholeheartedly recommend others give them their business, as well!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I bought some windshield wipers and the gentleman that sold them to me literally installed them on my truck. I also signed up for a speed perks club card and on average get 10 $15 in free stuff every month. Highly recommended.

Always go in, get friendly help and walk out within 10 minutes. Staff is knowledgeable and always present options for whichever part I'm seeking. They go out of their way to help also, even offering a simple oil funnel after purchasing oil... They are genuinely good people.

I went in for replacement wipers yesterday and had the best experience. ALL of the staff was super nice and knowledgeable. The gentlemen who helped me was amazing, I didn't catch his name but I did catch that he has the smartest cat in the world. There was also a women working and another gentlemen who were more than willing to help.
They put the wipers on my car for me with no problem or complaints... even though I was a jerk and went there when it was raining. I will go there for any of my auto needs. It is hard to find customer service this good this good - especially from everyone working there. Thank you!!

Great service. Went in for a new battery. Young girl behind counter was very helpful. Got the battery from shelf, did the transaction. Then went out to truck to install it. Did the job very professional. She paid close attention to details and protected the paint and fender from any marks or unwanted touching. Appeared she was treating my vehicle as if it was her own. Very rare nowadays to see someone really caring about another's car with such detail. Job was completed and everything was perfect, left with a great feeling that me and my vehicle was well taken care off. Would recommend this place for battery replacements.

I am not sure the employees name , but, she was very helpful with getting the right parts for my brake job, the computer showed the part number and she pulled the correct box. I had brought the shoes in to compare and sure enough the part in the box did not match my brake shoes , she mentioned someone might have bought two sets and returned one in the wrong box, either way I am glad she opened it and compared it to the ones I brought , saved me a trip.

These guys do a really nice job. They know their mechanics, back up their warranties, and have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They take the time to ask questions and explain things. Definitely a "customer-oriented" business. I highly recommend them.

Great help. Had battery trouble. They knew we were about to leave because we couldnt afford their new brand. They were able to find us a previously owned battery for a very reasonable price. They also switched them for us and tested an extra one we had for free. Thank u so much guys.
