I like Shell stations and their reward programs. It's always ready to find a shell station.
Easy in and easy out.

Clean bathrooms and polite staff.

Gas. Just gas.

Great in and out gas

More expensive than my other local shell station by $0.20 due to proximity to the 101 Freeway. But easy and fast to get out of vs. the other local Shell to to the higher price of their gas and the intersection it's on isn't nearly as busy

No more propane filling at this location.

Clean store and restrooms. Restrooms are available for customers. Had every intent of filling up with gas after using the restroom; however, the rude attendant called me a liar as I came out of the restroom, suggesting that I had lied to him when I told him I was a customer before going in. Well, he sealed the deal: I WAS a customer who became a NON-customer! No way was I going to support that business.

No bathrooms!

Worker had a terrible attitude and wouldn't allow my 6 year old son to use restroom. My son began to have an accident as we were walking out and I rushed over to the corner of the parking lot. The worker came out and informed me he was calling the police because my son was having an accident. I thanked the employee for helping us out so much and invited him to call the police on my six year old. The exchange ended with him cursing at me and telling me to f$&k off. This worker should be terminated. Find better help. I will be filling a complaint with shell corporate as well.

EDIT: looks like bathroom has been out of service for at least 9 months based on previous review. California requires service stations that started operating on or after January 1, 1990 and are located within 660 feet of major highways to have clean and sanitary public restrooms. An intentional violation—one lasting for five consecutive days—is an infraction, punishable by a fine of up to $50 per day.

My wife ran in to use the restroom and it was blocked off by carts. The attendant told her that restrooms were closed but she could use the porta potty outside. She went to the porta potty and said it was the most disgusting Porta-Potty she's ever been in. That says a lot. I have a feeling that Shell just doesn't want to clean their bathrooms so they block them off.

Linda refused to turn Air pump on for me.... requested I paid $1.50. That it was free ONLY if you purchased gas. Her attitude was horrible.

Nightmare. This being the closest gas station to my home. What a shame. Awful service. Air doesn't take coins, you must purchase something in order to get air... strange when I am willing to PAY for my air service. Shouldn't be force to purchase something, plus the poor service at all the times. Awful place.

Extremely rude man to two individuals just wanting to buy a Gatorade. Was actually shocked by the level of meanness experienced in such a short time period. Stay away

I ask this guy to grab me a bottle of water During early morning hours And bring it to the window to not entertain the mask situation And he refused to do the service and sat there like worst employee ever Way to provide a service buddy

They make ALL CUSTOMERS pay to use the bathroom. Even ELDERLY. Will NEVER come back.
