When all you are doing is pumping gas you want a quick drive I pump and drive out. Well we get that at Circle K every time.

Paid for a $15 car wash on 2/21/21 and left with a dirty rear window and scrapes on the tailgate of my Jeep Cherokee. I filed an incident report with the Circle K management in North Carolina, and fortunately received financial compensation to repair the vehicle. Nice people.

The cause of damage may have been due to the wash brush stopping its spin as it went over the stock rear air deflector over the tailgate on my Cherokee (maybe it thought my vehicle length ended), resulting in the brush bar moving downward and scraping the vehicle. 1-star for vehicle damage and hassle, and 5-stars for financial reimbursement rounds out to 3-stars total. Either way, I'll take my vehicles to self-serve spray and washes from now on.

I was just kicked out of this location because the clerk, Chelsea, got upset when I gave her a dollar to make the change easier.
I was cashing in a lottery ticket and getting more.
My change was $24
I gave her a dollar to make it $25.
She got flustered and gave attitude.
When I returned I was told I was not welcome.
If simple math flusters her, count your change 3 times.
To be clear though, it is not the lack of math skills. It is the lack of customer skills that annoyed me the most.

I went in as I normally do for coffee, donuts and my cigarettes every morning. I went in early morning and Tim was very rude and asked for my ID when he knows I’m a regular and I come in often to get coffee and donuts etc. he also made a inappropriate comment towards me and I hope to have a word with his boss very soon. Also the fact that he had a nasty attitude about everything. I asked how his morning was and he said “meh could be better once you leave”. It made me feel weird and it was off putting. I’m not sure who runs this place and how this person was hired but he’s creepy and rude. He works overnight and his name is Tim.
I will not be returning.

Stopped in for gas and a car wash, seemed simple enough. Car wash stopped half way through leaving my vehicle covered in soap. Called from the car wash and someone came out, I think the name was Tom. Tried for what seemed like 30 minutes to fix it and was unable too. Finally asked for a refund so I could go wash the soap off somewhere else. Response was"I will this time but ...". Don't act like your doing me a favor when your car wash left my vehicle covered in soap. I won't be back again, this place is garbage.

Place could use some cleaning/organization. Staff usually not friendly. Car wash is OK I’ve never had a problem - update the wash is always out of service.

Wish I could give half a star but hey, what are you gonna do, prices are outrageous and their products are garbage, would not recommend

Horrible customer service went in to get a drink while my husband was getting gas there's a sign on the door that says we'll return soon the whole building is locked there's nobody there that's ridiculous there's people who need gas and there's nobody in there talked about horrible customer service I hope whoever it works here or whoever is the employee gets in trouble because that's not right

Do not buy gas here! Prices are often 5Oc more for 87 gas than nearby gas stations.

Rude and unpleasant staff. More expensive than 7-11 down the street.
