King Soopers

Some training is needed in most of the departments,but the overnight workers are top notch. There's this really handsome African-American guy, I think his name was Chris. He has the best customer service ever, he looks good smells good and he does his job to the T. The best employee of any business I ever seen, ever.

Appreciate the Starbucks lounge for a meeting space for our scout committee. Hope they never year that space out! Great community benefit, and with a fireplace, it's so cozy!

Tony made my day with his happy personality & helpfulness (def keep this guy around-true asset to your store). We’ve shopped other KS’s in town & this is by far the best with authentic, professional, helpful people-were loyal to this store for this reason along with quality, cleanliness and varieties.

Lots of ongoing renovations at this location so items aren't always where you last shopped for them. I can't complain about it because it seems they are taking logical steps to reorganize the store and carry a greater variety of products. There is a significant amount more produce compared to 4 months ago which is awesome. Store feels more upscale and I'll be happy when the work is completed

Not going to go into detail about the situation that happened at the store today... But to make a long story short Head Clerk Cindi is really awesome and just made this the main grocery store I'll be going to. No more Safeway for me

Easy access and friendly staff. My go to grocery store.

Despite this pandemic, this staff is amazing. While shopping for my immunocompromised dad, the staff was extremely helpful. I'm usually shopping at Austin Bluffs and academy, so I'm not as familiar with this store. The deli, the employees in the isles, the cashiers...every last one was happy to help. Even though they had masks on, I could tell by their eyes that they were smiling. I'm sure these people are treated bad by more customers now than ever, but they were so nice to me. Thank you for slicing lunch meat, going to the back for a small ham, ringing in an item that wouldn't scan...my parents were so grateful to get every single thing on their list. It wouldn't be possible without your amazing staff.

Meg at the front desk completely ignored a billing problem I was having and kept telling me to call clicklist about a problem with an online order. I left the store incredibly upset, but Zoe heard me talking on the phone and intervened.

Her customer service skills turned around what was originally an incredibly aggravating problem. She let me know that the error was on the fault of the store, and that she could get a store manager to help fix it.

Would like to mention for clarification, the 5 stars are for Zoe. If Meg had been my only interaction it would be 1 star.

Very clean store, well stocked with a nice selection. Staff was great - could not have done a better job. First King Soopers I’ve been to that offered to help me load up my vehicle with my groceries. Team member Devin was incredibly helpful and professional. Couldn’t have done a better job. This seems to be the nicest King Soopers in COS.

Everyone is super friendly and the staff is never too busy to walk you over to items you are looking for. The produce seems to be fresher than the other 2 locations I've been to in town. There are also way more options in food products as well. For example, the cheese selection and the olive bar are much larger.

Friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure that all customers have the BEST possible shopping experience!! Way to go to Bryce in self check out lanes for adding to our positive visit...he gave us extra helpful hints, feedback and pointers!!!
