I NEVER post reviews, but this particular store clerk was worth bringing attention to and mentioning.

I needed a passport photo ASAP and had gone into the Royal Pines Walgreens (realizing it was late, so just to ask what their passport photo hours were). The clerk I asked then asked another woman their hours. She did not even ACKNOWLEDGE HIM and I had to then re-ask several times. She saltily said, “you better get here before 7:30 and 8 a.m, no later”. I thanked them and decided to stop at this store alternatively (as her attitude was so poor- it was like pulling teeth to get an answer).

So into the Lexington store I go (not expecting a photo, but just to ask their hours). BOTH clerks/store associates were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The gentleman who deserves MUCH thanks though, was Amos. He not only was kind and easy to work with, but he could take my photo right then (& said they could up until 9:30 p.m.). It was processed in a matter of minutes!!

If you need a late night passport photo ASAP (or just good customer service in general), this is the place to go!

Best Walgreens this side of CO Springs. Quick service and great customer service every time I’ve been. Night and day over the one on Briargate

I will give some context first. I've been going to this Walgreens for 5 years, and Walgreens in general since the mid 2000s.

I have only had maybe a handful of issues with this facility, most of them coming from when there was only one pharmacist back which Covid was raging.

Either they resolved the problems from a year or two ago, or I never see them as I'm a petite gal.

Pharmacy is very efficient, professional, helpful, and friendly. Have switched all of our prescription needs to this location...so appreciate their customer service.

Not store related, but pharmacy related. Ian S helped my partner and I get signed in for our vaccines and he was so helpful. He didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience and was very sweet!! He is very personable!

I have been going to this store for 2 decades and I always have had a good experience. Photo department, pharmacy -> I ordered twice since I can get most of my prescription from military facility, electronic dept. ---> very helpful when I was looking for a particular cable for my digital piano and this guy knew exactly what I was describing. Cashiers are always pleasant and when theirs more than 5 people standing in line, another person jumps in to help and open another register. Thank you!

This Walgreen pharmacy has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. They rapidly fill RX and engage with their customers on a friendly and personal basis. Even in line I overheard the worker engaging in encouraging and helpful conversation with an elderly client. I applaud their customer service and highly recommend their services.

Cutie pie Ian (S i think) helped me get a incredibly last minute rx filled right before a big surgery, and he was so amazingly helpful. I appreciate everything he did for me. He even had the audacity to apologize for the wait, as if King Soopers didn't make me wait 4 days for a pill I never got. I'd get all of my rx filled here just to have him help me again.

Today I was in the store and me and my disabled child were attacked by a woman for not wearing a mask. My child has had several ear surgeries and she reads lips so I don't wear a mask so she can see a familiar face and she can see my lips move. We are not sick have been tested. We're minding our own business in nobody's way and she proceeds to attack us. Both ladies that work at Walgreens came to our defense then the lady turns on them they both they both tried to defuse the situation and both were very kind to us. I didn't get their names but they both went above and beyond. Thank you ladies. They also told us we were welcome to come back anytime.

Just had a great experience! If you're looking for anything from the beauty area I highly recommend Danielle. I just went in for some eye serum and puffy eye gel, and she gave me a bag full of samples which I wasn't expecting. She also is friendly and easy to talk to regarding your needs. You can tell she cares about customers and is passionate about beauty products.

Danielle, Beauty Consultant, has always been so helpful. She has knowledge about her products and also has provided assistance and knowledge about other areas in the store. Her kind and considerate demeanor and personality are very welcoming. When I'm in the store, if she is available, I will seek her to assist me.

I visit the Walgreens several times a week. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I'm very impressed with the photo department and their sales. There are busy rushes throughout the day where employees may not be as helpful, but they do try their hardest.

Always a good experience! Real down to earth employees and druggists. Not pretentious. It's my neighborhood feel good store.

Great customer service! This is my favorite Walgreens and there are a lot to choose from in Colorado Springs.

The pharmacy noticed that my allergic reaction was due to a mix of medicines prescribed by my doctors I had been to my doctors and allergist before this was noticed! Thank you!
