Verizon Fios Internet.

If I had an option, I would give a zero star to Verizon Fios. One of the worst wifi service and even worse customer support service! I signed up for their 600 mbps internet service. It worked couple day and then it will stop working couple days later. I must have called their own line chat support, phone support numerous times in trying to fix the problem but it never got resolved! They kept asking me on phone and by email to upgrade to 1 GB service and I kept refusing saying that the speed was not the problem; loosing the signal frequently was the problem! Finally I decided to cancel my service but I had to have a long chat on my phone to cancel. I had also signed up for auto payment, which I had stopped before even cancelling the service but they still deducted auto payment from my account even after cancelling the service! Now I am going to have the painful process to call them again to give my money back! Their phone answering system is the worst! I can’t even get through even after listening to 1000 different non relevant pieces of information I could care less about! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED PRIOR FIOS CUSTOMER!

Channel are in spanish and they will not help me. Called several. No speaks English to help me. Last call lady told me I switch it to Spanish at a certain time. Service suck. You get select channels and they are all in Spanish the ones I like. Look into switch service. But they take money out my account every month
