This was my second visit to ZAR and Layla assisted me both times. My wife was more familiar with the brand, but my experience has been nothing but positive. Layla shared more knowledge and provided answers to our questions on both visits. And Sample Sunday was a hit for us. We had the opportunity to try several products before purchasing.

Such a great experience to visit a local shop with no pressure and great service.

Great, clean and inviting atmosphere. Wonderful consultants, very knowledgeable and didn't overwhelm me with too much information. Offered complimentary products which was lovely. Layla and Jeannie are fabulous and friendly.

Layla was so helpful during our visit last night. We ordered online and she knew exactly where my order was. It was bagged and ready. And… she didn’t just give us the bag, she gave us some advice on the HHC and the TCH-O which will be helping my husband so much with his focus and his sleep. I will definitely keep going here and everyone should experience GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE like this!!

Always top notch customer service. The folks here are very informative and friendly. My only observation for improvement is the gummies tend to have a hit or miss dose. I get that 1000mg are in each of the containers you’re phasing out are set up so each gummy is 25mg but it seems that the manufacturing process produces an inconsistent dose per gummy (never really bothers me I just take another). Haven’t tried the new and improved versions. Good luck with the business! I’d really like to see you all succeed!

Everytime I visit not only are they quick, polite and helpful with me but I always see someone there asking tons of questions (rightfully) and the staff is always so patient and knowledgable. Their products are what they say they are and very fairly priced. When you sign up for their points system it also adds up to your benefit, Sunday’s are usually “sample day” which is always nice if you are curious about a different product. Great place to consider a go-to.

Hands down the best. Quality products. Military owned, CLEAN & Professional. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable always able to take their time with each customer and answer any questions! Layla helped me following an injury and I was finaly able to get pain relief from the cream she recomended without all the side effects from the medication I was prescribed.

I’ve been shopping at Zar’s since it opened and they always maintain quality control.
Ms LAYLA SERENITY served me and answered all my questions in a very thorough patiently way.. She has always been so kind and caring with her clients. She runs the store as of it were her very own. Kudos to her!

It’s always a pleasure visiting ZAR and learning about their products from super friendly and knowledgeable employees that work there.
Their products are excellent. I particularly like their wide spectrum CBD cream which I use to help combat the pain of osteoarthritis in m knee.
I totally recommend ZAR to everyone.

My experience at zar is by far the best of any smoke shoppes I’ve gone to. They are professional, knowledgeable, & wonderfully kind. There’s always little extras like samples or promotions going on, with lots of great deals & the quality is unbeatable!!

Serenity was amazing, we came in from Kyle Texas after seeing this location on Google. We walked in and she made the feeling “real” … very knowledgeable- knew what I was needing- product is fantastic- I have never had this elegant experience-

It definitely wasn’t a “hey what’s good, whatcha need” Definitely worth the drive! She’s a good one to have representing your business, very “chick vibes”… looking forward to more daytime dates to bring my veteran husband here… 🌱

From the very first minute Katie was awesome - so full of energy and so informative. She was able to explain everything and recommend usage. The military discount of 22% was very appreciated.

W-O-W that’s the word I’d use to describe Layla. She’s excellent, through and through, knowledgeable and understanding. I felt very comfortable talking to her and buying product through her. Very patient and kind. 10/10 experience

Very nicely arranged store, tucked away in a quaint strip mall area along Hwy 46 W.

Store Associates were immediately welcoming, exceptionally user friendly and knowledgeable.

Able to easily explain any facet of a product which caught my curiosity.

There was absolutely no pressure to sell me an expensive version of anything and that is an important sells approach for me.

That, and encouraging me to pace myself when trying new products. I ended up purchasing over $100 worth. And secured a few samples to boot!

I am certain to visit this facility again. Be sure to ask for Ben, Rachel or Serenity!!
