Victoriia exceeded my expectations! She did well with color matching and giving me a look I loved. I was nervous because I saw another brown skinned girl in an adjacent chair and was thinking they probably don’t get much of us up here in downtown Seattle but my look came out great. She was also really friendly. The store was clean and nice as well.

Posting this using my husbands account. I don’t know much about makeup and was pretty lost/overwhelmed (so many options) when I entered the store. Heather (I think that was her name) was so awesome!! I told her what I was searching for and she gave me the exact options I was looking for - it is was more like a personal shopper experience. Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Actually made shopping fun. I hope this store owner knows they are very lucky to have some wonderful, caring employees.

I don’t know much about makeup and I always get a little self conscious asking for help when I need to get new products. Stacey was an ANGEL. She was so kind and helpful, and did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted (which I DEFINITELY wouldn’t have figured out by myself). Really fantastic service.

I got my makeup done here the other day and they made me feel like a princess! I love the selection of products. Always has parking which is great. The customer service is a little hit or miss here.

Thank you for being so helpful! Haley gave me an accurate shade match for each face product I was looking for! She gave me suggestions and answered all of my questions! I never felt rushed she was just very accommodating and helpful! Thank you again Haley!

Everyone had a great attitude, was available for help and questions, and genuinely seemed like what they were enjoying their work. Most importantly, I didn’t feel dumb at any point when asking questions.

My grandma and I went in to purchase replacements for some products and look for new ones as well and we were so lucky to have Jess help us out. We had many questions and they were all answered with much expertise by Jess. Very excited to use my new products :)

Had a great experience for my daughter. The manager really helped out. She had others try to help but she knew exactly what was needed and made sure my daughter got what she really needed without wasting time or money.

Whenever I walk into Sephora, I am so impressed with all of the marvelous products that they carry. I was very happy with Jacqueline helping me to find what I needed to help me with my situation. She was very insightful and thoughtful and made me feel very much at ease. she even showed me how to apply the products which I was purchasing. I am always definitely impressed when I visit this location of Sephora! If you have a chance, stop in and be sure to ask for Jacqueline! 🙃🙃

I need start out by saying that Carlos, the assistant manager is a rockstar. He is so super knowledgeable and so ready to help you with any problem or any question you have. He'll decisively find a product for your every need and will go to great detail as to why it will work for you and how, while still being quick so it's not like you will be there all day. No wonder he's the AM. I like that the store is never super crowded. They have a great selection in such a small space. It's in the corner of the Promenade at Westlake Willage so you can drop by and hit several great spots at once. They have so much there. I will be back and I will chat with Carlos again because he is a wealth of knowledge.

Always love Sephora. So excited to get my birthday gift. Thank you Sephora. I bought the new Sol Janeiro Brazilian hair oil. It smells just like the Brazilian bum bum cream. It glossed my hair and smells delicious. I'm hooked on it now 🙂.

Well stocked beauty store with knowledgeable and friendly staff (most of the time).

I got the Hydrafacial, and it was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and they made me feel so comfortable, even with no makeup on. They gave great advise for after care. I'm def planning on going back.

The people that work here are so nice and helpful! If you need anyone to do your false lashes, ask for Stephanie!! She's amazing at doing falsies. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Good place to get skincare. The employees are knowledgeable and can recommend the product/products that are good for your skin type.
