AT&T Store

So yesterday my phone decided enough was enough and stopped working 🥲 so I had to find its replacement. I originally started the process online but eventually ran into a problem and had to go in store. That’s when God sent his amazing angel Paul and he saved the day, we had a little bump in the road but he did his best to make sure I walked out that store a happy customer. Guess what guys ? He succeeded and I walked out a happy customer. His customer service was amazing and he made sure to leave no detail out. If you need help make sure you go to my good friend Paul !!!!!! I so love my new phone and watch thank you Paul !! And also to the young lady who played a part in my purchase and the young man who seen my daughter getting bored lol 😂 and was willing to put on cartoons for her. Thank you guys !!!!

Paul at the Freehold Mall was very helpful. I was trying to troubleshoot my iwatch with AT&T customer service for 2 days and they were not able to reconnect my eSim. I walked into the store and Paul was very polite and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. Go see Paul for technical issues.

We came into the AT&T store with a cracked frozen screen. Abdullah was quick to assess the situation, to which he gave several solutions that were all viable in our situation. Abdullahs help allowed us to upgrade the phone, apply the insurance benefits towards the situation, and get a further discount for my Vet Military status. He even went the extra mile and gave us Free PF Changs vouchers on our way out. This store gave some top tier service thanks to Abdullah's help. I'd give him an A++ rating.

Paul in the Freehold mall was absolutely amazing. Helped us with everything we needed and more with a positive and friendly attitude. He made me and my wife switching to AT&T simple and hassle free! Best customer service I've experienced.

Arkadi was very customer focused & helped us with the upgrades of our 2 phones making it a pleasurable experience.

I have done not one but 2 trade-ins at this store! All I have to say is that from start to finish I was pleased with the service I was given! I have to shout out Jaime who helped me with my recent trade in for the iPhone 14, she was super professional and helped me get everything set up in a quick and efficient manner! The process went so smooth that everything was done in less than an hour! I highly recommend doing any trade in at this store!

We had a phenomenal experience at the AT&T Store today. Gilana was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Gilana’s professionalism and expertise will continue to keep us as loyal AT&T customers!

When the Apple Store wasn’t helpful with my issue (that was clearly a product defect), the staff at AT&T in Freehold Raceway Mall went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Delsin, Antwan and Audrey spent much of their afternoon helping me to get my phone working. From reviewing all of my settings to calling ATT tech support to going to the Apple Store to speak with staff there, they genuinely showed concern and were determined to get me a working phone. Can’t thank them enough for resolving a month-long source of stress for me.

I unfortunately ended up here as I had issues with another location and was desperately looking for assistance and guidance. Audrey was beyond helpful and apologized profusely for the mistake another store made. She did also try to assist me further with a bill but it is beyond the scope of help a store could give me.

Zach was absolutely incredible! Definitely one of the best experiences i’ve had with at&t. Knew exactly what he was doing, never seen someone go so out of their way and care about the customers needs like him. At&ts best employee, no doubts.

Jack from the ATT store in Freehold is professional, knowledgeable and knows how to make customers feel comfortable. I would recommend to work with him when we you have issues. He’ll get then resolved. - Anna

I’d made the trip to the Freehold Raceway store not know what to expect. The previous store I visited was subpar to say the least. I can tell you I quickly learned the difference between cooperate and authorized dealer. The store agent Audrey was amazing! She not only helped me with my trade in but she took her time making sure that I received the best possible deal with all the options that fit my needs attached. She went over each option and patiently answered any in all questions I had. After making my choices I decided to upgrade an additional line, and I’m strongly considering purchasing a tablet ( store manager Juwan) suggested the earlier the better to beat the holiday rush. I honestly was thinking of choosing another carrier after my previous store and phone experience, but Audrey made sure I stayed home. Thanks to a great experience this 21 year customer will not only continue to be a customer but I’ll drive the extra mile to see my team at the Freehold Raceway Mall store.

Abdullah at Freehold Raceway Mall was fantastic! He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helped us get everything we needed! Highly recommend stopping in for your AT&T needs and asking for him!

Stephanie was the most helpful associate I have ever dealt with. I came into the freehold store angry and ready to cancel my service and left with a new phone and a smile on my face. Stephanie was helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful and patient. She even informed about my option to get DirecTV which we discussed in detail and I had strongly considered after hearing how great it was. I had a great experience and once again I am a happy AT&T customer.

It was finally time to upgrade our phones. We both had iPhone 6s. We didn’t have the 6S so no trade in value. We had them for 6 years so we were happy about the product and AT&T service has never let us down.
We went to Freehold Mall and were met by Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable of the phones and AT&T plans. He worked with us to find the best phones and plan to fit our needs and budget.

I'm new to At&t, so as far as cell coverage & mobile data network, all still TBD
But as as customer service I feel the need to express how helpful and knowledgeable Jack Nguyen (my sales consultant) was. Very friendly and He really made everything so easy to understand without skipping a step

The store representative (Chris) was able to help us decide on moving into the unlimited plan, which allowed us to get more value while paying the same out-of-pocket costs, and even surprised us with an Apple Watch that they offer to first responders. Overall really great experience, would highly recommend coming to this store.

This visit showed us the stark contrast between a store that had great people who are really looking to provide great customer service, and others who just wanted the day to go by and clock out.

The previous store we had been to (Easton Ave., Somerset, NJ) prior to deciding to head over to Freehold Raceway Mall store, had horrible reps who dealt out horrible customer service. The two reps who were there at 4 p.m. on 2/27/21 (Saturday) tried to compare our existing plans with the unlimited plan, and showed us that we would end up paying $50 more if we switched over. Contrast this with what the Freehold rep showed us and what actually turned out to be paying the same but getting more value. Talk about poor product knowledge on the part of the Easton, Somerset reps! On top of this, these reps wouldn’t admit that they actually tried to “cheap sell” us by comparing the non-discounted value of our existing plan with the discounted unlimited plan we were interested in; of course it would look like we were going to save hundreds! So a combination of their lack of credibility plus insensitivity and we were out the door and on our way to a different store that was an hour’s drive away, and boy were we glad we did so!

Being 11+ years with AT&T has earned them our trust, and patience too. If not for our loyalty, we would have driven over to the nearest T-Mobile or Verizon store instead.
