It's actually a TA truck stop. Excellent customer service. Cheaper gas than all other gas stations within a 3 mile radius, which is convenient. Take the exit before 191 to avoid a U-turn! Highly recommend. Plus tobacco products are cheaper here than Buc-ee's, HEB, ExxonMobil, the Shell on the eastbound side going northbound around exit 196 (Posey Road exit incase I got the exit number wrong).

The kindest employee in the world works here when I was down to my last dollar for gas he paid for it God bless him forever sincerely grateful!

The men who work there are the calmest nices politest most helpful gas station/food mart attendants I have ever met. 5star service plus! Clean store nice workers.

Very nice employees! Stopped in for gas and use the bathroom with the kidos! Robert the manager was so sweet to my 3 kidos and gave them a little chocolate treat!

Amazing Service!!! I visit this post office almost every morning because of the ease and expertise that Robert (Store Manager) and his staff provide. Highly, highly recommend this location to anyone in the area not just for the superior postal service but for any other convenience store needs.

The price for diesel was within an acceptable range, actually cheaper than others with my rewards card but the pump couldn't have been any slower. 25 minutes for 55 gallons is not acceptable.

I came into this Shell Station for their USPS Services primarily. I witnessed a new hire employee woman doing her best to handle her station at the USPS window.
Her coworker(s) were rude & very unprofessional in their treatment towards this new hire when she asked for their assistance. Claire, one of those coworkers, was primarily the unnecessarily rude and unhelpful coworker.
Customers were watching and listening.
There are other postal locations to use, I won't be back to this one, nor should you. Claire, "should be" fired, no doubt about it, as she was the bigger problem, as opposed to the new-hires lack of proficiency, as undoubtedly this would follow in short time.

Since they are a contract USPS, I stopped by to drop some packages off to be shipped out. I was 3rd in line with a gentleman behind me as well, and were waiting to helped, when a guy walks in and up to the store counter a few feet away, a store employee - DALE, told him that he would be there to help him shortly. Dale finished with the two females in front of me and as I approached to tell DALE that all I needed was to have him scan in the bar codes of the shipping labels, to which he responded "Hold on I will be right back after I help the customer that had come in WELL after I did. My response was REALLY!? what makes his time so much more important than mine that I (and the person behind me) should have to wait for him to attend to some JA that wanted a pack of smokes. TRULY an abhorrent display of a total lack of customer service awareness and DALE should have taken care of those who had been in the store first in the order in which they arrived. Will be talking to the post master at the main post office as well as lodging a complaint via the USPS main website. If this is the kind of service they expect to provide USPS customers then they should loose their status as a USPS contract facility.

I just tried to buy a lottery ticket 30 min before closing and they told me that I was not allowed to purchase any because they had already been scanned for the night and apparently this is a rule-and due to the storm they want to leave as soon as possible because they have bad tires. Interesting.

The gas station attendent was very very rude. I will never go back to purchase anything in the store or get gas there again.
