I bought a used Subaru, but only received one key for it. I called Batteries Plus in New Braunfels, and Marcus told me yes, they had one in stock for my vehicle and they could take care of it on the spot, no problem. He even told me how much it would cost (which turned out to be less than HALF of what the dealership was charging. So I went in, and sure enough, Marcus was there to help me, and within about 15 minutes, I had my new key and was on my way. Excellent customer service Marcus! This place offers a valuable service at a fair price. A side note: after Marcus cut the key and programmed it, he started the car with it. It started fine, but wasn’t as smooth as he thought it would be, so he asked if he could go smooth it out a bit more…of course you can! So he did! This is my new spot!

Love this store. They offer so many things to help repair or “recharge” your toys & stuff.

Batteries Plus provides great service and helpful technicians. Used them to replace my battery in IPhone. Thankfully they had part. Made an appointment and changed my battery.

This was our third visit to this store. Each experience had been excellent! Associates know their stock and are quick to get you exactly what you need. They even gave my father-in-law a generous veteran's discount on his mobility scooter batteries. Quality and service keeps us coming back!

Outstanding service, and prompt. Appreciated the fact I could set up an online appointment to replace a battery in my phone. Was almost an hour early to my appointment; but no problem. I was out of there in about 15 minutes. Technician was friendly, had already entered by coupon/discount....It was great!

Both Rob and the other gentleman who assisted in getting my iPhone 6s screen repaired were outstanding. I really appreciate the work that they did for me and helping me pick out a new phone case as well. They had my phone ready for me before I had to go back into work that same day. Wife went to have watch battery replaced, friendly staff. They have a good selection of batteries for just about anything. They even have larger deep cycle batteries that are reasonably priced. Will be back when time to replace mine!

Replaced my watch battery with a lifetime replacement plan for less than $20. I will never have to buy a watch battery or pay a labor charge again. I just go in and they replace it for free. That's a deal that can't be beat. Great customer service. Professional work. I couldn't be happier!

Great experience, purchased 8 golf cart batteries using their websites recommendation for my 2015 club car golf cart and it worked great. Got 10%off ordering online. Was able to get the 120 for price of 105 from other retailers.

Lane, the man that works there, is very friendly, personable & knowledgeable. The price to replace my cell phone battery was very reasonable and it didn't take a long time for him to do the work. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs!

I've gone there twice so far; once to replace the battery for my garage door opener and then later to replace a special bulb in an outdoor lamp. Both times I dealt with the sales manager, Harry Castro and both times he was very professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoy dealing with a true salesperson who is knowledgeable. I've decided that this is where I will buy any and all of my batteries and bulbs from now on. I didn't compare their prices to online or any other stores; but it's worth it to me to get the service that I receive there. Stop in sometime and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I was able to get my UPS battery replacement with on-line ordering and in-store pickup.

I took my iPhone in for a new battery and I was allowed to use a coupon from the store to save some money. It took three hours to change out the battery but this is not bad for a Saturday afternoon with three people in front of me. I went back home in the meantime since I live so close to the store.

Good experience with total transaction. Very competitive pricing. Competent personnel who had batteries ready for pick up when I arrived at the store. Will recommend to others and certainly will, come back for any future battery needs.

This is my second battery with Batteries Plus Bulbs. Purchased battery two years ago when Ford dealer did a bad Customer service job. Lane and group at Batteries Plus took care of me then. Today the battery died. I called and they said I was under warranty and bring it in and get a new one no charge. They tested the battery and it was not holding a charge. They put in a new one. But the computer crashed and they couldn’t do the warranty paperwork. They replaced the battery without the paperwork and sent me on my way. Only to do the paperwork when the computer would come back on. Now that is great customer service. I will go no where else for my car Batteries.

I needed a new battery for my RV (travel trailer). I was able to order online and pick up at the local store, and get a 10 percent discount. Store personnel were helpful and friendly. No fuss, no muss, no bother.
