Went to this store because my phone was stolen and just needed a new one. Dreaded it because every Verizon employee pushes the sale too hard and ends up confusing the heck out of me because they don’t know what they’re talking about. HOWEVER, Austin at this store was 10/10 the best Verizon employee I’ve ever dealt with. Honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and so helpful. He was able to save me a bunch of money and get me a better phone that I was originally asking for. I would probably buy a car or a yacht from this dude. Please give him a raise or a lifetime supply of Red Bull or something. I don’t even live in TX but I will definitely be calling Austin the next time I need help with Verizon.

I came in to inquire about switching services to Verizon from Boost Mobile. I worked with Austin R and he was amazing. He was able to lower my bill and also get me hooked up with a new phone and tablet! This Verizon hasn’t lost the customer care part whatsoever. I will be doing all my future Verizon business here!

All the reps at this location are great. They help each other out and get along well. Ash Knipe was very helpful on 1/4/24 and 1/5/24. He got me a great deal and was very detailed in explaining the process; he made sure I understood everything I was explaining, which I appreciated because this was my first time getting a phone plan on my own. He was patient with me the whole process and really did what he could to help me get my moneys worth! Highly recommend this location if you’re going to visit a Verizon store in New Braunfels.

Dustin at this store is amazing. Dustin helped me when my Verizon account got hacked and got everything taken care of. I will be going back to Dustin to set up a business account. Verizon in New Braunfels is lucky to have Dustin on their team. Thank you!

Austin and Ciara were AMAZING! Creekside store wouldn't help with my paper ID, so I came here and they immediately helped me. We ended up with 2 trade ins and a new line/new service. Again, thank yall so much

Typically I go to a Corporate Verizon store. After waiting around for a good 30min with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT !!
I Decided to take my business to Austin Rivera Floor Lead at Cellular Sales Verizon Authorized Retailer 1659 S Interstate 35 New Braunfels Texas 78130.
I was immediately greeted and my business was taken care of in a most cordial professional manner. Even with a few technical issues which can always be expected with technology these days. Austin smoothly and efficiently worked through every resource available to ensure my experience was accommodating and successful.
I have found a new place to do my Verizon business and will highly recommend others to visit Austin and his staff for any Verizon needs.

We spent a good deal of time in the Verizon store today with Ryan Warren. He was so patient and helpful as we had so many questions. He explained the product well and all the information on the account to make sure we understood everything. We appreciated him taking extended time to help us. We are excited to have our wonderful new phones. Many thanks to Ryan for all he did. A great example of providing excellent customer service!

This is the only Verizon I will come to in or near New Braunfels! They are THE BEST. I was so excited to see Andrea back at this location today! She is always so kind and patient with me. I've had some pretty bad experiences with the other location closer to my house here so I've decided to never go back there. The sales associates at this location have been the best to me by far! It's a plus that you usually don't have to wait at all or hardly. You can even call to set up appointments! Great job, keep it up! (and don't lose Miss Andrea, shes amazing)

Stopped in to this store on July 4th with my elderly father who was having trouble with his ancient flip phone. I was immediately greeted by both gentleman working there. One of the gents was already with a customer so we were assisted by Mr. Cody Bond. Cody did an exceptional job of helping my Dad. He found that he didn't really need a new power cord, he just needed to get the battery terminals cleaned, which Cody gladly did. Good customer service like this is rare nowadays. I commend Cody for his excellent customer service skills.

Austin was incredibly helpful, I had a very weird and unique problem and he took care of it very quickly. Totally recommend this store!

Brendan has helped me beyond my expectations!!!
Cellular sales is very lucky to have him. He was very patient and very helpful to help me download attachments and send them out. Now because he has helped me I should be able to do it myself!

Always helpful and today I received help again. I also registered my warranty and it was a cool program. TY Verizon professionals in there!!

Hunter was phenomenal today! We have spent the last two years of our adult life haggling with poor customer service and poor connection without the assurance of a reliable product with ATT. After thousands of dollars wasted, many headaches, and unbelievable frustration we decided to switch to Verizon Wireless today, and i can already tell that this is going to be one of the best decisions we’ve made in a long time. However, this would not have come to fruition today without the spectacular knowledge, service, and care we received from our sales rep Hunter. His attention to detail, customer centric approach, and relentless commitment to making sure we received a good experience today goes u paralleled! Verizon and Hunter have easily won our business for a lifetime.

This has been my Verizon Store for 5 YEARS now. Giovanni was another great salesman and sold us a new 5G phone and saved us a bunch. So helpful and knowledgeable! Amazing Young man wise for his years.

Marcelino Rubio went out of his way today to help us with our phones. I've always had great service with Verizon but I would highly recommend him to my friends. Will definitely come back to this store as long as he is here.

I came into this location the other day with issues with my phone, extremely frustrated and ready to go back to my old flip phone. Andrea met me at the door with a bubbly smile and full of energy. She immediately set the tone with her positive attitude for the rest of our visit. She was generally interested in what I had to say and told me she was going to make it a point to make sure my problems were solved. After finding out that I was not a Verizon customer, she not only resolved my issues but then told me all the benefits of making the choice to switch to Verizon. Although unfortunately I am unable able to make the switch now, I have taken everything into consideration and plan to make the change when I am able. This is the type of customer service that people like myself hope to receive when walking into this kind of situation.

I went in on the day of my birthday (Mon) and there was 2 reps there Ryan and (sorry I can't remember the others name) their customer service skills were pleasant and nothing short of great! They were attentive, helpful, and fast at resolving my issue. Love the bubbly attitude and smiling faces! Thanks guys and thanks for the birthday wishes!
