I love this shop! I always find amazing deals on remnants for small projects and of course holiday decorating! I was able to create a Narnia themed Christmas wreath with items purchased here

I love the new expanded location. Huge selection of every craft item you could want or need. The store is super clean and bright. A well organized layout is important to me and this spot checks that box.

The manager, Tamber, is amazing! : I love shopping here for yarn and today they were having a sale. 25% off all yarn AND, (on certain brands) buy two-get one free! On top of all of that I had a 20% off stackable coupon that I got from the app! I filled up my cart and went to check out, only to find that the buy two-get one wouldn’t apply. The lady at the register was very unhelpful and insisted it applied it when it didn’t. The computer wouldn’t recognize it but it was posted all over the store. She made us get back in line and wait for the manager, so we did. After waiting, the manager arrived and we couldn’t talk bc the initial worker kept talking over us saying she “already told” us that it was right. After she finished speaking and walked away, the manager just listened and looked at all the coupons. She took her time and even entered the prices the right way for us. She saved us $20 in the process. I am so thankful for her understanding and willingness to not only help, but listen. She is the reason I will be back. Thank you Tamber!

I visit this location often. I’ve always been helped by courteous knowledgeable staff any time I’ve needed it.
Because of my health, lately I have struggled. While many are impatient, sometimes awkward in dealing with me, tonight Amanda, Clover, & Josh all really went above even my highest of expectations to help me. Even though it was closing time, they continued to help me all while being genuinely friendly. I teared up at how wonderful it felt just being treated with dignity and compassion. These 3 are perfect examples of how more of us should be while working with the public Life is already hard & stressful enough. Thank you Amanda, Josh, & Clover. This Company is fortunate to have you!

Joanns is the place to go for the best fabric, they have such a large variety of anything your looking for! They have a little bit of everything! I tend to find stuff at Joanns that Michaels or Hobby Lobby normally don’t have! I love this place!

Always spend more money than I mean to buy they have such a great selection of everything! My current passion is crocheting and they have a wonderful assortment of colors, textures, and size skeins of yarn. So many to choose from. Working on baby booties right now to match the blanket.

I wish it was a little bigger, but I still love Joann's. Great selection of fabrics, crafts and supplies. Edit: Lexington's new Joann's is fabulous!!!

So happy to see JoAnn Fabrics in my new neighborhood. Only negative is they need more helpers. Lady working was doing her best to keep up. Busy busy day!

I had a great experience at Joann’s yesterday. I got a sewing machine for Christmas, so I decided to take a class with Joann’s. Yesterday, I went to buy all my supplies, and after wandering around the store for about 20 minutes I finally decided to ask for help because I didn’t see why my list was telling me to buy. Once I asked for help, one of the employees (Betty) found all the answers I needed and helped show me where everything was. I was so thankful.

The new location is great! Bright store, large selection of yarn. Like the whole back wall is yarn, plus a few aisles as well! Friendly service. Previous location was not good. New one makes it the best craft store in town that I'm aware of. Wish the books were organized a bit better.

LOVE this store!!! So much bigger and brighter than the other location.
The staff is ALWAYS extremely helpful. And I love the new procedure for getting material cut!! I just recently visited other locations in Indy and Cincy and this store is far superior!!!

I needed a cheap chain for a charm I bought, & Google led me to JOANN. I wanted to see the selection in person, so I headed over on a Friday evening. I was stunned. I honestly thought that they'd just have fabric bolts & sewing machines. Wrong! You can have something framed there, they have a lot of decor items & also jewelry making items. They only had a few necklaces WITH THE CLASP ATTACHED, but they were enough. My necklace was black, which I think is edgy, & 22" long. I wanted a longer necklace- those 16" ones aren't going to cut it, but I think I'd like a 20" better. They didn't have any but that could just be a supply chain problem. I never thought of JOANN before for the things I'd go to Michaels or At Home for, but I will now

I went there today for the first time. My aunt had called earlier and had them hold some material for me. When I went to check out the cashier was incredibly nice. She was very thorough and courteous. She had to order something from the Louisville store for me. She definitely needs some recognition for being a great employee.

In a word: Awesome. For arts, crafts, fabric, buttons, framing, and on and on. Large store. Well stocked. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. If you're into creative ventures, this is a good choice. This very large store can likely fulfill your needs.

Super large building with a ton of options! It was way more crowded than I would have liked, so I likely won't be going back anytime soon, but it was still a great store. I loved all the fabric options, the custom corner, the consultants, the huge yarn wall... it was great!

They’re understaffed. Duh. Everyone is. But the women working the very busy checkout counters were efficient and doing their best even with multiple customers who were extremely rude to them. The store was tidy and employees were helpful.

Best deals. Good Staff. Craft Supplies galore.

I recently had to costume 70 kids in a theater production and JoAnn's was key to my mental health. They have a great app with a discount coupon and work well with the tax exempt status of schools. The staff is helpful, kind and very sweet. They also have an amazing collection of cloths for a reasonable price especially considering the coupons.

The new store is huge and well lit. As it is grand opening weekend, there was excitement in the air. Although the crowd was large, the store was well staffed. We were able to get assistance on the sales floor and the checkout line ran quickly.
