Famous Footwear is a go to shoe store for all the most popular, trendy and sporty styles. They carry men's, women's and kids shoes, the selection of styles and brands is enormous. The prices are right in tune with the the area the sales are awesome. The store is clean and organized very well. You can easily find what you need yourself which is good since I had no interaction with the employees who were in their own world and seemed to ignore the fact customers enter the store. My overall impression was good. That may have changed if I needed help finding something but we found what we came in for and left happy.

Thank you for your amazing customer service. Store manager made me feel really taken care of and she was so very nice. It was a day when I really needed something like that and she help me find the perfect things and close my sale she helped me Order special shoes and did it with a smile all behind her mask. Fantastic experience as always. I went to the one at the forum and Selma and they had the shoe that my son wanted but it was reserved for us And I want to pick it up and had the easiest check out and most friendliest customer service possible. I love famous footwear for my sons as well as for my own footwear needs.

Friendly staff. Proper safety measures being enforced. Overall very good experience. Everything was marked bogo or 20% off. But my total didnt reflect what one would call a discount. In other words. If i bought the same socks and shoes at any other retailer with no promotion, it would have cost the same. Which doesnt deduct from the quality of the service or the fair retail prices. Just an observation.

My favorite shoe store for the whole family. You get what you pay for in footwear. I love the selection of women's tennis, cross trainers and walking shoes. I purchased shoes for my job that required standing and running.

Employees are always very helpful and polite. The store is always clean. I just wish they would carry more shoes made for narrow feet.

Great servic at all three Famous Footwear, one in the Forum, one at Creekside, one in New Braunfels. Best was New Braunfels, they did not have size in stock, he made two phone calls, found size instore at Creekside. Creekside had at counter for us.

Always the best deals both in the store and on line. I love that they value me as a customer, and I never have to hint down a cashier, or a floor associate.

I went in for a certain shoe that I've bought before here but didn't have my size so I looked at others....the sales clerk went to check on her own for other stores and walks out with my size from the back...i was so excited....great service to go all out for your customers...thank you...
