I have always received great service when I went to the store. Everyone I have ever dealt with was upbeat, knew their stuff, and will work with you in any way possible. The phone service is Great!! I get service everywhere I have been. If ur looking for a great phone service, give cricket a shot. I think u will be pleasantly surprised.

Good customer service here. They got us a brand new cellphone when the screen cracked. Reasonable price for two lines and full coverage insurance on both phones.

They have really great service and even better pricing!! My 2 daughters have cricket wireless service and you really can't beat there phone plans!! Talk, Text, & Unlimited Data Plans can't be beat!! There staff were really nice and informative!! They answered all my questions right away and knew exactly what I was needing or looking for!!!

Everytime i go in the store its like im visiting old friends. The employees are super nice and very helpful. The atmosphere is great too. The lines can be a bit long but i never mind because they take very good care of you and your wireless needs

The people that works here are wonderful people. If you have something bad to say about them it's either that you are not able to get a phone from there or you must not have a job amdawant one of theirs or you are a radical ridiculous racists person so grow up
