I've been to a lot of vape shops and honestly this is honestly the absolute best one I've been to. The rewards program is absolutely solid, they are super helpful and always find me what I need. The staff is so friendly especially Eric, he's always ready to go and willing to answer every dumb repetitive question I have. Honestly no where better in the area

This is the best shop in the area. I needed a new tank and been to a few shops and they are all terrible so I figured I would give this a shot and this by far is the only shop worth coming to the staff is awesome and they actually have great products.

Love this place, it's great when a vape shop you go to knows you by name. They are always really helpful with their recommendations, even when I'm a little picky. Edit: Nov 2023. I'm actually disappointed with this shop now. They never have the juices I'm looking for, and the website says they are sold out of a lot of devices. My device I just bought a little over a month ago is no longer working properly, and I feel like they have just turned more to the thc side, and don't care as much about the vape side.

I been waiting to leave here dissatisfied but that has not happened. Everything I was looking to find I found or walked out with something better. I was met with knowledge, great customer service, and amazing products. Their delivery service is great too. This may be the fog factory but I always leave with a clear happy head. 🙂

The staff member was so so nice, educational and thoughtful. I'd definitely come here again soon!

I absolutely love this spot!! They have the best prices on kratom powder and cbd products, plus...Staff is great!
I have been working in jersey since January and although they offer shipping, I take the trip home to purchase my products with them in person.

What a great Factory and such magnificent fog if you have to have the best of both worlds the fog Factory offers it. I love the variety of Vapes and juices that they sell plus the manager owner is a super sociable and will tell you all about a topic of Interest if you ask. Seriously everything from vaping history to 15th century Chinese women's literature constraints placed by Chinese King pong Wang Foo. Only he doesn't make it up he knows everything the Wang Foo and the what for from vaping to world history to Black Box Manufacturing and aircraft engineering you should talk to this guy he's more than just Vapes.

We love their variety and if they don’t have what you need right then, they will get it for you. The Customer service is top notch and they are all so friendly and helpful. I always will recommend Fog Factory to all my friends. It is the best vape (and more ) shop I’ve ever been in.

The store has a lot of variety, and good prices. Also they are centrally located, and they offer a point system to get discounts for being a regular customer, which is always nice. The employees are knowledgeable on the products. They offer home delivery which is nice too!

This place is five stars all day. I've been going there for awhile now for all my vaping supplies and it's always a great experience. I feel lucky actually to have this place as my local vape shop. I'm not even getting into their kratom, CBD, etc, all of which is presented very well and of the highest quality. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around great. I've brought various friends there and every one says it's the best store of that kind they've ever seen. Obviously I highly recommend it.

The staff is awesome there, they try to help you get what you want and not forget what you need. I've called at 9:55 pm, after dropping my device in water and asked them to stay open for me and they were pleased to do it. I don't know what else you can ask from them.

I ordered two flavors of disposable vape, and within minutes they politely called to let me know they were out and accommodated picking out new flavors! Within 15 minutes my order was hand delivered, and I’m definitely ordering through Fog Factory again in the future!

Great shop. Lots of variety in product offering and the staff really makes this a favorite stop. Very knowledgable and friendly. On-going weekly deals via text and they offer a rewards program. Always something new to check out, reasonable pricing.
