I enjoy going to this CVS. It's up the street from me and I enjoy walking up there. The staff has always been friendly to me. Never a bad problem here.

The only problem is it's hard to get a prescription of Ambien filled at this sometimes. Mostly due to stock issues or prior authorization but it's not a problem with CVS. They order the medications promptly. I know the pharmacist Patel very well and he has ordered medications with fast shipping so they come the next day. If you ask him and you're nice then he might for you too.

My only complaint is that they don't always have the namebrand or medications that are unique and this is sometimes difficult since I pick up for the household. One such issue according to who I pick it up for is Morphabond which is pretty much Morphine Sulfate with a anti-abuse shell. Not much different compared to a generic. Doctors however insists on prescribing the namebrand which they don't always have. If you can and this is your store. If possible call the pharmacy and ask them. But besides that, generic is the way to go.

EDIT - 1/17/2021: This pharmacy is still the best and the staff is still the best. I pick my medications up here and they are always on prompt and on time. Autumn, Patel and the Pharmacy Techs are all heroes and good people who work hard. I find it disgusting that a woman would accuse Autumn or Patel (whoever was working that day) of stealing "Adderall"..... chances are, that woman is taking more than she is prescribed and needs more than 30. Common abuse seen with that type of medicine, I've heard a lot about it!

I have filled controlled substances here CONSTANTLY and NOT ONCE have I missed a single pill even when there are "floaters" (I believe that's what they are called for substitute pharmacists when the other two can't make it in).... and they have always been kind and never judgemental. Autumn or Patel, if you read these. Thank you for taking the time to care for me throughout these years and fill my medication with the utmost care. - Luke!

Great pharmacists. My mom got her meds there for years. They always showed genuine concern. Other staff also helpful.

I have called them because they said I needed to call about a prescription. The phone rang more than five minutes. I got in my car, stayed on the line and drove there and the phone was ringing and no one would answer. Then they said can I help you, I replied answer the phone cause that' me on the line. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Dr called in meds. Called 2 x came by and was told meds on hold because of cost…. Who asked how much they cost. Staff was completely clueless about meds as well as policies in place about medication distribution. No one was able to provide any clear cut instructions as far as follow up and what to do about misdoings meds. The only answer they could provide is “ we have them on hold.” Then I went inside the store where I had the distinct pleasure of standing in line and being invited for 3-5 minutes. Chile… just close the store down. Very unhelpful. 0 stars do not recommend.

You have to give one star just to be able to do a review, because I wouldn't have given them not one star, I encountered 2 ppl had the nastiest attitudes I have ever seen and CVS is slow as a snail. If you want pleasant service and need your medicine in a timely manner CVS is not the place to go.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff! Called yesterday to have a medication filled. Explained it was out of state and asked if that’s ok. When I arrived today she denied ever hearing me say this and was rude about it. Do not use them they obviously don’t listen to you and may mess up your meds!

Do NOT fill any prescriptions here! They shorted me 30 of my Adderall and refused to fix the problem saying their count is correct. I normally use Walgreens but CVS had a better price. This happend once at Walgreens and they fixed it with no issue. I searched the internet and found many forums and websites talking about how so many people have had the same issue with CVS. Yes I CVS had the better price but it's not worth it when they steal your pills. Now all I can do is file a police report to have them inventory the whole pharmacy.

I have called 4 times, been on hold a total of 52 minutes . STILL haven't spoken to a representative or pharmacist and at this point im in need of a manager. All im trying to do is ask a question about a medication. I would give 0 stars but then i cant comment.

I have been a loyal CVS customer for many, many years, but thanks to the flat-out mean-spirited atmosphere in this particular store, as well as the couldn't-care-less customer service, I will no longer patronize any CVS store. Waiting at a counter? Don't expect a greeting, just a flat stare. Walk up to a counter with no customers in line? Prepared to be ignored, without even the courtesty of a "I'll be with you in a moment." Asking for help from some of the store's staff? Grunts and gestures is all you will get.
I put up with this for months, because I have always loved the friendly pharmacy staff at other CVS stores, but I am a customer and I deserve, if not respect, at least recognition that I am a human being. I greet strangers on the street better than these people treat their customers.

My daughter meds are very important and I can never get anyone to answer with out being on hold for 2 hrs then they are closed and it takes days to get her refill these educated people are horrible at what they do.
