The Vitamin Shoppe

I recently visited The Vitamin Shoppe, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the products I needed.

Not only were they knowledgeable about their extensive range of vitamins and supplements, but they took the time to listen to my specific needs and offer personalized recommendations. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive products; instead, they genuinely cared about helping me find what was best for my health goals.

What truly stood out was their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions, no matter how trivial they may have seemed. It's rare to find such attentive and friendly service these days, and it made my shopping experience incredibly enjoyable.

Greeted upon entry is always a plus for me but stopping what she was doing to come help me right away is Top Tier and got right to work trying to find what I was looking for and within seconds, Lee found my product. Salute to her for being not only a wonderful person but a great employee of Vitamin Shoppe in which I shop often. Thank You Lee 🙂

It's always a pleasure to walk into this Vitamin Shoppe and be greeted by helpful, knowledgeable salespersons without being ghosted or hounded. I do miss the Celsius coconut packets though...

Awesome people, the nutritionist was fantastic, free, and very knowledgeable. She did 2 appointments with me. Helped with vitamin and meal planning. Assisted with menus and food suggestions. The staff knows their products and is not pushy to try and get you to buy something they help you with price comparison ingredients I just love going there they know their stuff

I have been to another location before and it was fine, but this is a great store. Spacious and pleasant, and I was walked around by a helpful and knowledgeable young man Blair who helped me find everything I needed. Will definitely make this my go-to spot for supplements. The sample of healthy food cooked in-store didn't hurt either!

Recently renovated and it looks amazing. I went in and was blown away by how great it looks. To add to that they also have a sample area for protein powder with disposable shaker cups!!!! Beacuse of it i chose a new flavor to try from optimum nutrition. Definitely will be visiting this location again. The staff was helpful as well.

Don't get me wrong i understand every store has its bad day of staff but this store is probably the most friendly staff in all of east coast I've been to a majority of vitamin shoppe. The only one you want to stay away from is the one in Ramsey now that store is just beyond horrible with staff and products. This store even has a kombucha Tap if you're interested in that cleanse. The only downfall of this store is the register it's like everything is great but then you get this small turn off

I always liked the vitamin shop never had a problem with service. Also, if you can have automatic refills just let them know.

The friendliest and most helpful staff of any business of it's kind. I've visited many health and supplement stores in northern NJ but now I only frequent here. Lee and her staff get two thumbs up!

I’ve been a Vitamin Shoppe customer for years now and this is the easily the best location !!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they really go out of their way to make every visit a great one. The only problem is i spend way too much money here, keep up the excellent work guys.

Great customer service! I walked in, employee greated me at the door, I asked for the product I was looking for and he walked me over to the product display which I now call the "Joe Rogan Podcast" aisle.

This vitamin shoppe is pretty cool. Friendly staff. One of the girl that works there remembered me and I haven't been there for awhile. That tells me that they are personal and very attentive.
