Very pleased with services here. Garrett did a great job wrapping and packaging a rather large and cumbersome item. All 3 other team members were also very good. Highly recommend this store. I won’t be going to any other locations!

UPS on Fruitville Rd in Sarasota is a great store! The service is top notch. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes even during the holidays. They accept Amazon returns. There is plenty of parking and the staff is super friendly and efficient!

The gentleman behind the counter today had the patience of a saint! Dealing with a difficult "Karen" customer with more calm than I ever could have mustered. Dylan was a true professional and somehow managed to get this lady's return done, even though she had no return codes or labels AND she kept harassing him the entire time. Great job!

Employees are nice, polite and I’ve always received excellent service . I had an experience solving something that I thought was going to be hard to fix. The employee was knowledgeable and so very nice and patient with a line out the door.

Came in 10 minutes before closing, needing help with a challenging order, the worker there Nadia, without hesitation immediately helped me out, and offered a better & cheaper solution. Definitely one of the friendlier packaging and shipping stores I've worked with. Would go out of my way to come back here again!

Had the BEST experience today at this store. Heather was beyond helpful and so kind. I came in with a dozen packages to return on one arm and my daughter in the other, she immediately rushed to my side and helped me bring everything in. She was so quick and efficient to help me with my returns while also assisting other people so they don’t have to wait... so sweet, so fast and hardworking. Highly recommend this location and specifically Heather!

UPS STORE # 6151 = Great customer service. Heather helped me out today with a notary that that was very urgent. While i was being serviced other customer came in and they were given a warm welcome by the great staff. 5 stars for their AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I've been using this store for around 4 years now and through two different owners. Doug Patel has turned this place around. He has 5 star customer service. He personally trains all of his people that come aboard. He calls me when I have a package if the texting service is down. He doesn't nickel and dime customers for every little thing. I have had a box there for years now and am personally very happy that Doug is there. Great Job Doug!

Edit: The store changed owners but prior to that change the price for the box almost tripled and forced me to go elsewhere. The new owners wanted to keep me and offered to make me a deal but I had already purchased another box elsewhere and had changed the address with all my vendors.

Nothing but good things to say. I had to return a wheelchair to the provider in Houston TX. Heather, Shaq and Alyssa constructed a box to ship it in. The provider received the wheelchair without a scratch. Will definitely use this facility again

I went into this UPS store with a lot on my mind and a lot to be done.. I met HEATHER there who calmed me down, made me take a deep breath and took care of everything I needed in a flash… She was AMAZING!! I even have a PO Box in there now!!! I am starting a business and need the UPS store on a regular basis… If you need any of the services that they offer, I recommend the UPS store on Fruitville Road… Go see Heather!! She’s the best!!

I have found this store to always be helpful, my mother-in-law feels the same, so wasn't surprised yesterday when I went in to ship our Christmas packages to our Grands in Indiana. Heather was extremely helpful and efficient . I appreciated her demeanor, smile and assistance very much.

I bought a piece of art from an auction house for the first time. The auction house put me in touch with Claude. He was helpful, professional, and responsive. The artwork arrived in record time without any damage. They put together a fortress of a box! Lovely to deal with. I would use their services again. Claude even called to check that everything arrived as described!

Neat place, bunch of office supplies, wrapping paper, boxes and everything you may need to send the package out, I am pretty sure they do printing and coping as well. Had to ship a smaller package, very polite and professional employee helped us out, minor system problem occurred and we couldn’t pay with the card but with the cash, which was fine with us. Would come back here!

The customer service here is incredible. I live in London and my Mom sent me a package. We paid extra to get it here quickly but unfortunately due to customs, it got delayed. Then UPS here in London kept it in their warehouse for a week for some reason. Doug (the owner) was on it! He personally tracked the package and kept in contact with my Mom to make sure I got the package. It eventually got here fine. I can't thank Doug enough for his compassion and outstanding customer service. 10/10 would recommend this place. Thank you, Doug!!!!

I've been going to this store for about three years. The former owners/management were okay but if you haven't been in for a few years you've got to check it out. Every time I go there is an improvement in products, services and the layout of the store. The people are always incredibly helpful, creative and efficient with whatever I need. They present me with options and always give me a competitive price. It's a full service place and now it's my "go to" spot for all my personal and business packaging, shipping and printing. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else - so professional, but not stuffy and no "attitude." Got these super cool flashlights there a while back (don't know if it was a special item), they were a lifesaver on a recent camping trip. Lots of great stuff!!

While vacationing in Sarasota i had to use their services and an employee named Heather helped me immensely. She was very knowledgeable and super swift with my order which was amazing. Very happy with the service of her and the store.

Always fast & polite service when I go to return anything back to Amazon. Great employees!
