Ease of transaction. Staff always helpful and friendly. Convenient. Takes hassle out of shipping Amazon returns. And mailing personal packages is a breeze.

I have had about 8 packages sent using the UPS Store and it has been an amazing experience every time. They always help me quickly and provide me with the supplies and box I need to send items in. All of the packages I have sent were received by my friends and family in great shape. I had a bad experience with FedEx a number of times and was never satisfied with their service. I'm glad there is a place like the UPS Store I can trust to handle all packages I have shipped and with peace of mind.

I have been here multiple times throughout the years and more so since the covid19 outbreak. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They answer my questions and did not try to brush me off. And helped me with a better way to send off my package. I appreciate the respect they give to the elderly.

I needed to ship some unusual personal items that belonged to my deceased son to his children in Virginia. The clerk was very helpful and made several suggestions to insure the items arrived safely. We went on a Sunday and were concerned that the staff may not be knowledgeable, but our concern quickly became satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience here at this store. I do not recall her name, but I came to the store after leaving the FedEx location that was very unhelpful. I was trying to ship a package that would contain dry ice, and FedEx gave no guidance other than you'll need a special sticker, special box, etc and that he didn't sell those things. So I headed over to UPS to ask them. I entered the store and the lady was so helpful! She answered all my questions and provided me with nothing short of EXCELLENT customer service. The following day I returned with my items to be shipped and she helped package it all, even making it all fit as I was afraid it wouldn't! I will definitely use them again when shipping items. And a huge shout out to the lady that assisted me...you were wonderful!!

We are a tiny little company but every time we walk in to the UPS Store in Salina we are treated like one of their biggest customers. They are quick to react and take care of us and make us feel special at the same time. They are for sure partners in our business!

I was given the label on email, and took the item to the UPS store who even packaged it up for me. LOVED that. The gal was fine. She handled things quickly and efficiently. I've never had a negative experience with this store.

Didn't have stamps, but it's Monday and they sold out over the weekend (when USPS isn't open). All kewl. Had a few people come in during our transaction and other staff stopped their chore and helped at checkout. Clean, no empty shelves (just no stamps).

Brian runs his UPS store with great care and eye to detail. He certainly gives his clients what they pay for. My husband and I will continue doing business with him as long as we can. The only thing that would change our loyalty is having all of our kids move back home....or death. :)

Great staff, very efficient and friendly, ability to answer all my questions. I totally appreciate well trained staff, with positive friendly qualities.
I will make the drive to use this UPS store again.

I have worked with Bryan and his crew for many years (12+). He has superior customer service. He gets the job done whether it was copying, mailing or a mixture of both. I use him as a vendor of preference for my business and personal business as well. I highly recommend him to anyone that are near his stores! Paul Hedlund

Always friendly & helpful!

Amazing customer service! I went in today and both ladies working were very helpful! I had documents to print. The printer wasn’t working at first, they kept working on it! They both have great attitudes!

I do business with our local UPS store on South Ohio here in Salina, Ks because they provide very good service and an excellent price for color and black and white copies of materials which saves me time and money by not having to print them out from my printer. I have them fax when I still need something faxed and of course for sending mail that I need a tracking number for and for sending regular mail items. They also carry a good array of envelopes and mail supplies. They are always courteous and best of all they are open until 7 pm Monday thru Friday.

I love this UPS store as they are always so warm with their welcomes, they are very knowledgeable whenever I have a question. And they are very honest. I have referred several friends to this store! Thank you for being so great!

Excellent customer service!! It doesn’t matter what I bring in, they get it packaged and shipped right away!! I’ve never had any problems there. I highly recommend The UPS Store in Salina, KS!

Kathy was amazing. Friendly and patient. The store was busy and I was really impressed at her ability to acknowledge every customer while continuing to process the requests for the customers she was working on. Very professional!

I appreciate the fact that the drivers are aware that we have a pup and they take special care to watch for him! Plus they know where to secure the boxes if we aren't home and always leave a message if they have to put the package in one of the sheds!
