Great staff in a Sunday evening. Alternator started going out and they helped us look up how to change it. Ended up being a defective alternator and battery. Nevertheless, we were able to make it home.

Hunter- I can’t say enough good things about this guy! My headlights were being stupid and my high beams weren’t working. Hunter helped me track down the right fuse- blew it - realized that it was actually a short in the headlight itself. Hunter replaced both and had us on the road again. Go here if you need quality customer service! Thanks again Hunter!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff for the novice. Friendly. All products I have needed have been in stock. They will change your wiper blades for you for free (after buying the blades). They will also do a free diagnostic if your check engine light comes one. Very pleased.

Karlton helped me get all the right parts for my pickup the first time around. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to old clapped out rust buckets like mine. He also has very nice hair. Seeing those golden locks waving in the breeze while he changed my wiper blades makes me want to come back again!

I prefer any place that doesn't treat women as inferior. All in all, they have a great staff. Justin is awesome and knowledgeable. I recommend O'Reilly over Auto Zone, in JC.

Amazing customer service! Had all the parts I needed and more! Plus they helped with installation!

I just wanted make a simple exchange and instead was "helped" by a disgrunteled female employee with an extremely vile attitude.

All I did was ask her why they needed to have all of my contact information entered into their database to make an exchange. At that point she seemed to be having some type of mental breakdown. She very aggressively flipped the computer screen around, complained about being audited, threatened to refuse to make the exchange and yelled I was being rude. She seemed very unstable at that point. Everyone in the store was staring at her so I just submitted some information before she totally lost it.

So since when is it "rude" as a paying customer to inquire as to why my name, address, and telephone number are a "requirement" for a simple exchange? Part of the reason I asked in the first place was due to the fact that I don't even have a physical address. It certainly does not justify a company representative treating customers poorly and displaying such a lack of self control.

These guys are great. Won me over by changing the headlight on my Kia Cadenza. Unbelievable what it took to do this. So glad someone took the time to figure it out.

I showed up from out of town less than 20 minutes before closing and an employee not only looked up my headlight, but also changed it for me. Very impressed

Hank was very helpful, he put in a new battery in my car for me even though the battery was located in the trunk and not easily accessible.

Those guys at both of our O'Reilly's stores are awesome! They have helped me more times than I remember finding parts for my tractor!
