Jacob was very knowledgeable about the goods he was selling. He wasn't pushy and seemed to want his customers to be happy with their purchases. He was a delight.

I love Griffen Vape for their great customer service. I called in the previous day and the cashier remembered me.

Nice little shop with good selection, but the real reason for 5 stars was this dude George. My girlfriend and I ran into a shop late and he happened to overhear that we wanted Vape’s which the shop didn’t sell. He offered to come back and open the shop up, which had been closed for almost an hour, and hook us up with exactly what we wanted. Thanks George, you’re awesome dude!

Great experience!! Jacob helped me pick out everything I needed and set it up. I had to return a couple weeks later for some problems (user error) and Reid helped me. He was great! Spent a lot of time helping me and fixed the problem I was having. Will make it one number one stop from now on!!

This is the best place for all things vape, cigar, and device related. Justin is a joy to do business with. Super intelligent and friendly and very accommodating. There are lots of vape shops popping up all over, many have no idea about their own products. You will NOT find that to be the case here. Every question answered and he does not rush you through your purchase. Great shop! Great guy. Its My go to shop for everything! ☺

I wish I asked for the guys name, he had a scar over his eye. Great service. I stopped outside vape store or whatever it is a couple miles away and stood outside an open sign for 10 minutes before coming here, it was really nice to have such good service

Wonderful staff! They were moving to their larger location right down from the old, and Reid, Jake and Jacob were very helpful going back and forth to help me get what I needed to get my device back up and running. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was looking for a vape shop that wasn’t incredibly busy but knowledgeable. I met Jacob and he was very knowledgeable about all the juice and products! He made great recommendations as I was buying juice for my boyfriend and he loved the juice! The prices are very reasonable, the cheapest in town I hear! I will definitely be going back! Jacob is great, helpful and knows his stuff! I like the set up with the display cases so I can see stock easily. I usually pop in to this shop when I need help with my dripper mod since I know I’ll get help without attitude. I can always find my drop tank here too, no other shops stock it regularly and I like to replace my equipment often. This is one of my fav shops for good friendly service at good prices and helpful staff.

I highly recommend this shop! I visited for the first time yesterday and Rob was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to find me a new juice flavor after my last one was discontinued after 3 years of me using it! Prices and service were excellent and I will definitely be back again!

Just finished up shopping at this location only moments ago and the service I received was so exceptional that I had to make this review before I even leave the parking lot.

I believe the salesman's name was Reed if I remember correctly.

He made sure to point me in the right direction since I'm a beginner to vaping as I'm starting my journey to quit cigarettes.

It may be too soon to tell but based on the specific device he recommended alongside the liquid he suggested, it's looking like quitting tobacco is going to be a lot easier than I originally anticipated.

I now fully understand why my old man goes 30 minutes out of the way to bring his business to Griffin. Anytime I drove my pops to this location, I would mention to him that we literally drive by 3 or 4 competitors while on the way to Griffin but now I get why he's so reluctant to stopping by a more conveniently located vape shop right by home.

My first experience with Griffin (but more importantly the salesman Reed) was one to remember so I will be going out of my way to bring my business to this location just as my dad has been doing for years now.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making my attempt at quitting tobacco so much easier now that Reed ensured I be properly equipped to take on such a battle. See y'all soon!

I'm new to vaping and gummies. The people there are very informative and polite. Plus the products are priced very good and they work.

Griffin Vape is the ONLY place I will go to for all of my vaping needs. The staff is amazing and very friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you. Griffin Vape, House of Vape, and Tobacco Station are all owned by the same family. I only go to these places. Vape shops are a dime a dozen in this city, at least it feels that way sometimes. When we moved to Midlo and went to Griffin, tucked in to a small strip mall near Robious and Midlo tnpk, we expected to pick out a few things and move on. Nope, my wife and I had the pleasure of being helped by a polite and professional young man named Jacob. He shared his knowledge with us, helped us pick out juice, and educated me on the various pod devices which they had in stock. After receiving such top-notch customer service from Jacob, who is a great asset to his company, I can say for sure that neither my wife or myself will shop anywhere else.

My day one! The store clerk named Justin is Knowledgeable and enjoying helping vapers with less experience find their way. I'm a loyal shopper for life!
