I vote the best smoke shop in Richmond, great options and really good quality house rigs. Highly recommend to check out what they have, the guy who works there is much easier to work with it if you don’t want a snobby ungrateful lazy person serving you for something so easy and hassle free.

Top notch service, especially from an employee named Chris who I want to take a moment to thank. Chris took the time from his night to help me figure out a deal that would best fit my budget and get my puffco pro and proxy running. He even went as far as to contact the owner for me. I’d like to also say to the owner, this man Chris is the most professional, well educated, personable person I have encountered in a store IN GENERAL and I believe he deserves a raise. I mean this wholeheartedly, the man is a stand up guy and was nothing but smiles and laughter with every client. This is what you need both in and RUNNING YOUR STORES. This store is wild! I loved it! I only went in for a couple of packs of cigars on a snowy day, but I ended up spending over 40 minutes here! There's so much to see! I only saw 1, maybe 2, employees, but it wasn't a busy day so that wasn't a problem. A young man came over and asked if I needed help within minutes of my walking in, so I was quite impressed with how quickly I was noticed. We chatted about various products and shared some common experiences. He assisted me near the check-out counter with some treats, then we proceeded to the registers where I finally remembered the original purpose of my trip..the cigars! LOL! The price was considerably lower at Carytown Tobacco than I'm used to paying, so I bought more than I usually would. Oops!😆 The store was great, customer service was awesome, products and prices were excellent! Yep. It's a winner!!🏅

The environment is clean and friendly. Clearly well organized and the employees are educated in what our needs may be. Tony, notably, was friendly and a very very good salesman. I feel encouraged to come back and am very pleased with my experience.

This is by far the best smoke shop I've ever been to. The staff here are respectful and kind. They've given me and 2 of my friends discounts separately on many occasions and have taken the time to answer and questions we have. The customer service here is amazing and they have EVERYTHING even things I know I don’t need that I purchased anyway. This store of unique and one of a kind. Anything that pertains to tobacco they have for the new ages and the old ages. Will be coming here from now on!
