Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’m new to coming to this place and all I have to say is the food is amazing! I also love how light the smoothies are as well! Definitely recommend if you want delicious food and smoothies!

Great place for a healthy lunch that doesn’t give you the carb crash for the rest of the day! Definitely underrated in the Matthews area.
The only thing for improvement is if the ownership would post photos of their actual location and food to the Google Business Profile, seems like corporate puts up stock photos.

The açaí bowl was delicious, good music, and the mocha madness smoothie went well with the chicken chorizo ‘dilla. Would definitely recommend

Heckin delicious smoothies. Gigantic size and just oh so refreshing. I've never been disappointed by the sandwiches or wraps either. Always fresh and appetizing.

Love it! Great food, love the watermelon mojito smoothie when it's in season. Clean restaurant, great staff, get you in and out when ordering in. I get the Chipotle Chicken club sandwich every time, this time I tried the Blimey Limey smoothie, and it's really good.

Fast and friendly service! We came in around 5:45 PM today (Saturday) and there wasn’t a line. I haven’t had my smoothie yet, but ill update my review if it isn’t stellar (but is usually is great!) :)

2 for 2! Two visit and both times a great experience! Staff was nice and the meal was prepared well. Definitely on the list of go to places when I'm in the area running errands!

Under new management and the smoothies are back to the most amazing taste ans quality! The new manager is super sweet and always greets us with a warm smiling face! The smoothies taste amazing, Tropical smoothie has always been my
favorite and now I’ve found my favorite location

Under new management. I noticed the cafe was a lot cleaner than before. Seems like a new staff is also being put into place. Everyone is really friendly and sweet. I’ve ordered a few different items on their menu since the change and I can tell a difference in the quality. Should definitely try it now, I highly recommend!!

Consistently delicious food, fast service, filling and satisfying :) I always get Bahama Mama, the Chicken Caprese, and the salt and vinegar chips. You can save some money by making a combo order. One drink, one food item, and one side. ~$12-13 for a whole lunch. I'm happy I went there today :)

Went in on a Saturday and was greeted with fast and friendly service. My son got the Peaches and Silk smoothie which he LOVED. I got the Cuban pressed which was also tasty. Will definitely be coming back often!

This place is amazing they serve fast and fresh smoothies and wraps and let me talk about the cleanliness I have been to many other smoothies some of them are dirty as it can get!! Highly Recommend

The management here is super friendly. I spoke to Chilka and she was very accommodating. There was a miss-hap with my order and she addressed it immediately when it was brought to her attention.

Very great and new tropical smoothie. The food was good and staff very helpful for finding what tastes good. I got a blimey limey smoothie and it was good and came out very fast. Despite what other reviews said the store was clean when I went.

Our experience here with the manager was great! We were able to get our favorite smoothie today really quick and it tastes AWESOME !!!

The customer service is awesome and very welcoming. The chia Banana Boost is so delicious 😋. Everyone at Tropical Smoothie is so awesome 👌.

Chilka was very nice and she's a great manager. I'm glad they got new management. Awesome smoothies way better and cleaner.

Julian (Shift leader) is THE BEST ! He makes our smoothies perfect EVERYTIME! He is super friendly always accommodates us with a smile. Me & my wife go to this location because of him !

Great atmosphere excellent customer service and the plant base chicken Flatbread is amazing. I'll definitely be back
