Outstanding service and attitudes.
I was greeted within 3 steps of entering and asked if they could help me find something.
"Mechanical pencils", I replied. We were there in ~ 5-7 seconds...the cheap ones.
"More expensive", I replied. Once again, we were there in ~ 5-7 seconds.
"0.7 mm...metal tip", I stated. He pointed at two options with nicer grips.
DONE! It took me longer to choose between the two options than it did for me to walk in, get greeted and be shown where the product was shelved.

No screwing around trying to up-sell me. Straight to the point.

Nice clean place inside and out.
Calm, quiet atmosphere.
Engaged employees; I didn't see a single lazy turd just there to get paid!
