Starbucks @ City Center

The service was great and so were the employees! I got a tall decaf oat milk latte and my friend got a mint tea. They were all good. Thank you!

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I ever go to that is also always understaffed and consistently shorted by deliveries.

Despite this, the staff take the time to learn your name and your orders and do what they can to make your experience incredible. They will recommend different drinks to try when they are out of supplies for other drinks and love to try new things.

It is my absolute favorite store and I always leave with a smile and a delicious beverage.

such a vibe. but they gave us 4 chocolate cake pops when we just asked for one peppermint cake pop. but I'm not complaining 🤞

In addition to wonderful coffee and snacks, this Starbucks is a great place to study or work since there are plenty of tables and comfy chairs to sit in.

I haven’t been in there in a while and came in to grab something while downtown for the game. Was greeted with the biggest smile and hospitality from the new general manager shas. Her personality sets the tone for the store and she was moving very well with the staff they seem to enjoy working with her. Five stars I’ll definitely be back again. Keep with the positive change it looks great for the store.

My go-to location! Staff is always so welcoming and friendly. It can be a little busy (obviously - it’s downtown!) but they are quick. Good spot to work remotely or have a meeting too.

I stopped at this Starbucks pretty much every day on my way to work. Sometimes I stop by on my days off as well.
They do open at 6 am during the week. I'm not sure what time they open on the weekends .
The girls that work there are friendly and they know my drink by heart&my drink is always consistent.
As for the store itself there's plenty of seating available. They have a men's and ladies rest room but you have to get the code from them.
The store is always clean and well lit so you can read or work there if you choose .
They do have outdoor seating as well so you can people watch up close and persona if that's your thing .
The only bad thing I can say is that if you decide to sit outside don't be surprised if you get asked for money, coffee or a cigarette.

I was having a sleepy day when my boss suggested we take a walk to Starbucks. I wasn't in a mood for a noon coffee, so Kayla made me a delicious Mocha, Acai, Dragonfruit/Strawberry beverage that definitely left me wanting more. I have worked at my current location downtown for less than a month and have already visited this Starbucks more than I did in a year at the one located by my previous job! Absolutely fantastic team of individuals!

Pretty nice, they had a really good view of the town at the bar, so I could sit quietly with my sketchbook and coffee drawing buildings and stuff.

This place is beautiful: new and modern and sleek! The baristas are great and super friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. No wait to give my order. Helpful because their setup was different than I'm used to. The first drink was great, but I screwed up and forgot to order iced, they didn't hesitate to remake it for me. Totally my fault, but they fixed it anyways! Excellent customer service and my drink was awesome! #Winning

They have the best staff working here me and my friends are homeless in Lexington but we come in here everyday and make sure we try to at least buy some coffee or something and sitting here and get warm until you know we go to our destination the staff are very sweet and friendly and they never pass judgment and we appreciate everything that they do best staff ever

The modern furnishing, the high ceiling and the tall glass walls give you a refreshing, vibrant vibe that other Starbucks in the city do not. The music selection is great too. Definitely my favorite place to work on my stuff when I can.

There are two Starbucks downtown, the one I just went too, has the same prices, a clean well managed bathroom, the people who work do their best not to offend the public after what happened here years ago, and it's a comfortable envirnment that's quiet, even with others meeting. The building is well designed to minimize noise. The other is more for locals to enjoy , offers the same comfortable atmosphere, and even with challenges, has learned with the rest of us.

Nice and spacious and clean. Convenient downtown location. Attached to the Keeneland store which is fun.

They are so friendly and upbeat. Everyone feels welcome. They make you feel as if they already know you!
