This store is literally the best cricket around. I've been coming to this store almost 7 years now and I've never had a bad experience, they always seem to have the customer getting the best deal in mind, while other locations are strictly trying to get the most money out of you not suggesting any type of ways to get discounts etc. This store on new Britain Ave isn't far from Flatbush Walmart and they literally saved me about $130 today when the east Hartford store I decided to try out because it's closer to where I live and it showed they had almost 5 stars so I was only in there about ten minutes and the guy working there was nice enough but when asked what's the cheapest phone available he messed up once and said at first $170 something and then when he repeated himself stuck with $190 and only gave me options between that and #240+ and that's plus activation fee and phone case and screen protector...uh uh...so left there and went right back to where I shoulda just went in the first place the cricket on new Britain Ave in west Hartford it's pretty much right on the Hartford line it's close by to Walmart. Got the phone I wanted, case, protector and they through in headphones for free and it all cost $150 and some change and I'll never go to another cricket besides them unless I'm in another state. They're the best, customer service and attitudes always good and nice. They al.oat always offer ways to help you get the best prices and they did not let me down today. Highly recommend them.

Kerry was a great help when I switched my service today. I am looking forward to a smaller monthly bill with unlimited data and hotspot on all of my lines to boot!!!

Got two phone lines ported with two new phones. Gamaly helped me out and everything was so smooth. I had an issue with one phone and returned the following morning. Gamaly was there and spent an hour helping me get a replacement sorted out. She was kind, patient, and professional the entire time. Thank you so much for your time and service! I came over from another carrier and Dhi helped me every step of the way. We had a few hiccups and I was back in the store a few days later but Dhi yet again was right there to help. He took care of everything for me, talked to customer service on my behalf, and helped me get to the bottom of my issue. He was a pleasure to work with and I’ll make sure he’s there the next time I need to go back

I originally went to a cricket store in north Providence (as I was there for work) to switch my service and they pretty much gave up on me because there was an extra step that required them to call my provider to get the number released and they didn’t really make me feel welcome. The employees at this store were very friendly,helpful and welcoming and took all the extra steps to make sure my number was ported and even waited on hold for a while to do so. Had a problem with my data not working after I switched and they fixed that too. A+++

I went to cricket today and meant shania and angel amd edwin. Shania was so helpful and wonderful she helped me with everything and helped me with saving me money and got me all my accessories with both my new phones stylo 6s. I didn't just leave happy i left ecstatic. They were absolutely wonderful there i left my other company to switch to them and im so happy i did it was a great time and if you come here to you wint be disappointed. Just come right in and they will make you right at home and u will leave with a new phone and money still in ur pocket and hey who knows maybe you will leave with some new friends like me take my word for it dont delay come by today

Good phone selections. DHE was my sales associate who was very pleasant to work with. we faced some challenges from my previous phone carrier and he was awesome at sorting everything out.
