AT&T Store

I had an upgrade available for my iPhone and wanted to be able to ask all of my questions and see the phones. Tyler assisted me and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Elijah, the assistant manager, and Ismael were also both very helpful and friendly. They made me feel at home and every single question of mine was answered. They all provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend this store because of Tyler, Elijah and Ismael!

My wife's iPhone was falling apart (we could actually see inside it) so it was time for an upgrade. After an epic failure to order online we called the Novato AT&T store,. Kallie confirmed they had the phone we wanted and told us to come on down on a Sunday. She was as good as her word and not only did my wife get a nice new phone, case, charger, and screen protector, I got one too! Thanks, Kalli! You saved the day!

This store has excellent customer service. I particularly was impressed by Ilaitia Havili. He spent precious time setting up my phone accounts and did not charge me for his time. If only everyone was this generous, the world would be a better place.

The retail worker Edgar assisted me and my girlfriend so well, and even stayed extra time after the store closed to assist us. He didn't have to do this, but he was insistent on assisting me and my girlfriend in order to set up the best plan for us. He was incredibly polite, personable, and professionalism. Seriously, they need to give Edgar a promotion because he was clear, concise, and took the time to help us, when we had a somewhat intricate situation with our phone plans. The other workers were also very personable and helpful. Overall- quite a good experience.

I don't normally do this, but I had to do a big shout to Cali who just made my sales experience at your store super satisfying. She was competent, knowledgeable and very patient detailing all the moving parts involved with trade-in/iphone deal as well as helping me maximize by phone service too! She's a keeper! THX...

5 your salesman Clem was excellent his patience and professionalism with my 93 year old father was a breath of fresh air customer service that I thought was in the past when we walked out of your store my father his 87 year old girlfriend and I had smiles on our faces and all agreed that guy Clem was great ! Ilaitia, The store service rep at the Novato CA. store was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
I was not the average customer.
I had a difficult problem porting my phone number from a very large business that had ATT, but over the week, my number had been partially split off to Verizon. This proved to be insurmountably difficult to other technicians from verizon over the previous 7 days.

Ilaitia, Although not a corporate care representative, still managed to completely help me and not send me away to another, like Verizon did.
Ilaitia, was extremely helpful. He connected with a corporate care representativeand between them, they were able to get all of my difficulties resolved in minutes. I'm now on my own account, with my own phone, that is not split between carriers.

Clean office, relaxed and friendly staff. Sean was attentive and made the whole process easy and stress free. In just under an hour I was walking out with a new phone and $30 off the phone bill with a new unlimited data plan. Highly recommended.

I went into the store yesterday to get a new iPhone if there were decent deals. Edgar was fantastic! He helped me figure out which iPhone best suited me and helped me get a really good phone at a better price than I expected to pay. Not only that but he reviewed our plan and reduced the monthly charges in a couple of areas. So happy about that -- it covered the monthly charge of the new phone, plus some! It was busy but he and the other staff worked hard to get everyone what they needed. I'll be back to this store! Thank you, Edgar!

JUNIOR at Vintage Oaks shipping center was a an absolute pleasure. In a time where most services and purchases can be made online, decent customer service in store can be really hard to come by. Junior went above and beyond to help adjust my plan, add a line, and upgrade my phone. He made it easy, explained options clearly..listened to me, and most notably made the experience fun. He’s clearly a great person who enjoys connecting with others and does his job well. He’s an asset to AT&T and has restored my faith that in-store customer service still exists! 😀

I came into AT&T today to add a new phone line. There was a young man named Sean that I was able to work with. Not only did I get another phone line, I got two new phone lines and a brand new phone and also saved money on our monthly bill !I’ve worked with many customer care representatives but I would have to say Sean is one of the best. I had such a great experience today! Very pleased!

I’ve been using this.store for years but my most recent experience has been my best! Sean got me into a new iPhone super quick and efficient. Also, watching his patience and care with other customers was refreshing. Other customer service tech in stores were also super nice and informative with customers. Highly recommend!!!

Kalli helped me today and made the purchase and transfer of my data smooth and easy! I appreciated her willingness to help me with my watch too! Super patient and great customer service!

I had a super great experience today! Raff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient; he helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped me save money in the process (Thank you, Raff!!!). Raff alerted me to several promotions and gave great advice without being pushy. The entire staff was very friendly, and I had a great time conversing with them while my phone was installing. I have never used this location before, but I will definitely be using it again!

Kalli was awesome. She hooked us up with everything, transferred all my info to my new phone… so easy and wonderful. Kalli deserves a raise or promotion. ATT is lucky to have her

My family got great service from Sean at this location. I highly recommend him if you go in. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and patience was noteworthy when he was setting up my kids phones and helping a new employee close out after what I understand was a very busy day. Att is fortunate to have Sean and I believe he has the ability to be a store/regional manager.

Sean was great at getting my family of 6 together on a family plan as we were switching carriers. We came in near opening time and he handled each of our phone number transfers seamlessly with a smile on his face! It was a very pleasant first experience with AT&T. Thank you so much Sean!
