The UPS Store

This has been the best store of any kind that I have had the pleasure to do business in. These people are so helpful and nice! They know what they’re doing and how to do it and take care of business with a smile! I love going into this store!!!! I don’t say that about any store I go into! This UPS store I go out of my way to go to this location because it’s the best service I’ve gotten in any store! Other places, like Att store associates need to be trained on how to act, from this store!

Stephanie, the General Manager answered my questions before I came into the store over the phone and was so incredibly patient and helpful when I shipped my package in the store. Customer Service is everything! When j was there it was clear that the store has many repeat customers as she and the other associate knew them by name.

Excellent customer service and every time I enter the store I am greeted with a smile and how can we assist you. Love it hard to find this kind of customer service nowadays.

I ship. Lot of packages due to a side business that I run but my main job is in banking and this UPS store is really close to one of my branches. I’ve stopped in here multiple times over the past three years. Never once was I discouraged from coming back to this location. Always friendly and great customer service.

Stopped by the Gardiner Ln. UPS Store to get a Passport photo. Stephanie was super friendly and very quickly took the photo and offered to send in my packet for renewing my passport. They were very busy, but she worded efficiently and maintained a warm, friendly manner. Great place to come for all kinds of services!!

Associates! They are super helpful, this store has a lot of traffic, is always very busy but the associates help the customers super fast.

Easy location access and friendly staff.... good place for dropping off items to return to Amazon and Happy Returns.

I have been a customer with this UPS store for Years and one of the special team members name is Stephanie has treated me with nothing but respect and dignity. Gave me ideas for my business and much more. There’s not a discrimination bone in her body, she cares for the customers, and I really do appreciate her for being a part of my life.

This is a one of akind of a ups store everyone is so nice, friendly. I love this ups store. The Manger she is a 100 stars plus more . She can be in their by her self and it can be a long line and she get the every person up threw with good patience. I love this ups store cause the Manger and the employees is so nice. Even though the new employee got stuck with my multiple returns (sorry!)—and was at a bit of a loss at the start (it was their first Amazon "UPS packs it" return)—they bounced back, which isn't always easy! Smooth transaction, and the employee was polite even when confused at the beginning. This location is always great to deal with.

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! Positive attitude, very helpful, and made my first shipping experience a breeze. I live in Jeffersonville and I would drive back to this store just to have help from such a wonderful person.

Our company has used the UPS Store on Bardstown Rd since 2005 or so. They are an integral part of our business. Meticulous attention to detail for print jobs, responsiveness to important notifications we receive and frankly do custom work for us that a bigger outfit wouldn’t do because it is not “cookie cutter.”

Finally, their secret sauce is the people that work there. The prior manager Adam and current one Stephenie hire great people and run an excellent operation.
