Check out the vegan burger called the: Impossible Burger, it’s so…. good you’ll have no idea that it’s not made with meat, but veggies, it’s just the same as a regular burger but much more delicious and healthier. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. Some people may have a different perspective on which is the better choice for vegan food but at times we’re just to busy, and don’t have time to get food that’s all natural ingredients but because it’s so close to being vegan, it’s probably the better choice, when you’re living a fast paced lifestyle in society today, good luck with that!

The staff here were super friendly!! My pomegranate plunge was very chunky as it was the last time and I informed them of that and they were super nice and offered to remake it for me. They even wrote a note on my cup apologizing and telling me to have a great night. The girl who also handed me my food also complimented my Gizmo backpack. One of my favorite trop locations!

I recently fell in love with this place. I've used the same location for months and the lady who makes the sandwiches is always very nice. There is also a lady named Robin who works the drive thru window; she is always very friendly and kind. Im always happy to see her at the window. Last, but not least, the sunrise-sunset smoothie is amazing!

I had a coupon from another app for a free smoothie. When i tried to order on the Trop app, the coupon wouldn't work. I went inside and the wonderful lady at the register figured it out and I got my free smoothie. Everyone there was very friendly.

This TSC location is amazing! Super clean, courteous and friendly. When service and quality food come together, that’s a recipe for returning. The sandwiches, wraps, sides and of course the Smoothies are great! Imma regular now because of all the above. So if your in Richmond or close by, stop in and I’m sure you’ll be satisfied. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

The employees are friendly and greet everyone, which I love. The wait time for a smoothie is quite reasonable. They are a bit pricey but that is known, and the quality is very high and makes up for this. Food is always fresh and very tasty, yet again price is high. Would recommend if you have some extra cash and want to treat yourself.

I work at AT&T next door, so I order lunch here often. This Tropical is consistently exceptional! The food always tastes fresh and is assembled neetly. The smooties are great. The workers are friendly. The store is very clean. Literally, not a single complaint about this place!

Excellent smoothies. Friendly staff. Fast service. Never out of everything. The app actually allows you to accumulate usable points reasonably.
Downfall... Semi-pricey.

I think that may have been the best smoothie I've ever had. Fresh ingredients! Staff was friendly and competent. The place was clean, even the bathroom. The only complaint I have was the long wait. I wasn't really in a hurry and the smoothie was worth the wait. I plan to try a wrap soon.

Mango Magic smoothoe is my go-to fav!! Also got the jamaican jerk wrap (chicken,pineapple salsa & cheese with jerk sauce) was really good but too spicy for me. Which usually means it isn't for every other normal person. Service is extremely pleasant & wait time is momentary but always worth it. Best option for fresher, more health conscious options

True pleasure to have in our area great food and smoothie experience and always super clean inside makes me feel comfortable about eating from here. Bottom line smooth clean mm mm good experience 🙂

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe - not only are their smoothies wholesome (esp. if you say "No added sugar") and tasty, their food is good too. Chicken at fast-food places can be iffy, but I have never had a gristly or fatty piece there. The food is flavorful, and fresh-made. Oh, and as a side - skip the chips and try their kale apple slaw! It is soooooo yummy!

An amazing place, the two tacos and a smoothie combo is great, you wouldn't think it'll fill you up, but those smoothies are phenomenal !! The staff is more than friendly, and they bring the food out to you! Definitely recommend to anyone trying to lose weight, or even if your not!

Love the food and smoothies! The staff is very friendly. One time I was with a group of friends and I was the only one who wanted to go there. The staff put some of my smoothie into small taster cups for them. We all enjoyed it!

Came here for lunch yesterday and it was pretty busy. Staff was friendly and moved as fast as they could to get orders out. Great food!!

I have zero complaints. This place makes great smoothies, and has fantastic foods. It's great knowing that the smoothies I get have loads of nutrition and tastes so much better than anything I've ever made. Lol check this place out!

Every time I come they are always friendly. Although it sometimes takes a little while because of making the smoothies to order, it is worth it. The food is also absolutely amazing.

The best tropical smoothie I have been to! The nicest staff, quality food, and smoothies is superb. Always a pleasure to eat here in store or drive through!!! :)
