I just had the best customer service with Anthony at the Augusta road branch. Polite, super knowledgeable and speedy. He helped me add service and clean up my account all while answering my never ending questions and making future suggestions. The best I have come across. Thx Anthony

Anthony helped us today with a new phone and tablet. He was patient and very easy to work with. Of all the Verizon stores we have visited during this process, he was able to work everything out for us. He is soooo smart!!!
We will be coming back to the Augusta Rd store for all our phones and tablets.

Christiana was very sweet. She walked us through our first phone plan and helped us understand all our options and how to set up our account. The phones didn’t not take long activate and we will be back to upgrade our other phone. I highly recommend coming in and talking with Christiana.

I had to come here twice to fix billing issues with Verizon 5G Home Internet. Only slightly annoying because it couldn't be fixed over the phone or via live chat on the website.

The first visit a gentleman was able to help me out while multitasking with multiple other folks in the store. I know quite a bit about cell phones and the internet, but I definitely think my multitasking level wouldn't have been able to pull that off!

The second time was the same issue as the first. The problem went away for a month and then came back for whatever reason. The guy who activated my internet was there so he was able to help me quickly. I left with a promise that the billing problem will go away forever this time.

We'll see lol, but I think the reps on the phone or website should have been able to handle the issue. There seems to be some disconnect between online and in-store support with Verizon.

Once this issue is fixed then my relationship with Verizon is just fine!

Went in for a question about my phone and Kenan was right on top of it for me! He was very helpful and I enjoyed speaking with him. Would highly recommend this store. Thanks Kenan!!
