I've been with T-Mobile for 13+ years, so I'm obviously happy with them. This particular store is hands down the BEST I've been to. Everybody that I've worked with at this store has been awesome! Very helpful and really nice to work with. Mechelle and Danny in particular. They've been very helpful with everything we've had to do. I highly recommend this store.

Mechelle is amazing! In all my years dealing with phone companies, Mechelle has changed my perception. She cared, listened and found my partner and I the best deals. Exceptional customer service.

Mechelle helped my family and I and she was so helpful and kind! We had a great time chatting with her and she helped us pick out the best plan for my family. The group on the 4-5 shift today were phenomenal. they made sure i left with everything i needed and were super kind in explaining it all to me. if i could give more stars i could. Angy (i hope i spelled it right) was so sweet and it was a great experience overall.

I went to the t-mobile on Village Shop dr. In Sandy desperate to figure out how to fix my phone. Normally I would have to go to Apple but Danny took the time to help me out and was able to fix it and have me out the door so fast. This is why I always go to that location. Thank you so much Danny!!!
