Their fabric section is to die for! Any type of print you're looking for, and some you aren't. Sales are amazing, and the prices cannot be beaten. Love, love, love their seasonal designs, as well. Just wish we had 2 stores so I wouldn't have to go all the way to Haywood Road to shop.

Went to Joann's especially because of their extensive yarn selection. Much more of a selection than any other store in the area. High price specialty to bargain priced crafters yarn. Got a lot of variegated colors not available elsewhere to match up with solids for my hats I'm making for the Christmas Angel Tree. I make one of a kind warm hats in striking color matches especially for kids.

Nice store, friendly staff. Lots of parking. They offer classes right in front of the store.

I had lunch at Jason's Deli with a friend afterwards she was telling me about a project she'd like to do so we popped right across the parking lot to Jo-Ann's. We looked for the netting we wanted but couldn't find it. Asked a young associate who was very nice and helpful. She pointed us right to it.

Neat and lots of choices. Crafters paradise.
They have a large selection of artificial flowers.
They have a large selection of cake and cookie decorating tools. They have some great wood pieces too.

Great selections! Always fun to see what is available for our projects around the house. Our cashier Mallory was awesome! Very friendly, fast and super helpful. We went back later for some other items and we were excited to have her again as our cashier. Definitely looking to go back here for great service as well

Made a killing on the buy3 get2 free sale. Got bindings for projects I make, quilts and bowl coasters. And also buy3 get2 free on serger thread. New color selections to add to my stash. Plus found a hard to find gift for my one daughter who collects Angels. Always find bargains I wasn't actually looking for. If you need sewing/ knitting/ crafts/ and everything in between, check out Jo-Ann's. They have basically anything you are looking for at great sales, too !!!

They always have sales, which is great! There is a good selection of fabric and they have loop yarn which my daughter loves! They also give teacher discounts.

I came in for a very specific cookie cutter that the website listed as "limited availability." Fortunately, they had exactly what I wanted, as well as many other baking accessories!

The prices were standard and reasonable, and the cashier was very friendly. Overall, enjoyable experience!

They staff at this location was super personable. Each one asked what I was making and talked me through the do's and don't for what I was making. The amazing lady at the register had such a huge smile and great personality. 10 out of 10 will be back.

I like this store chain better than some others but the checkout is always a nightmare!
There was one lady at the counter with one checkout person when I got to the checkout area. By the time the ONE lady was done, there were at least 6 people waiting besides me.
I do have to say it is not that the checkout person was slow, the lady decided AFTER she was rung up, to check if she could find a coupon on her phone!
I was disappointed that they couldn't get someone to the front quicker than they did to help. The poor woman behind me just had questions about sewing machines!

Their fabric selection has been steadily improving!

The staff at Jo-Ann Fabrics is wonderful. We went in to purchase some fabric for a cushion and Mary helped us. She was so outstanding we asked who the manager was so we could praise her. Turns out she was the store manager. Professional courteous help is what we wanted and received. In addition the cashier was extremely helpful in finalizing our purchase. I would highly recommend going to Jo-Ann fabrics for all my craft needs. Thank you.
