Compared to other hair and beauty supply stores that I've been to, this one by far is the most organized, neat, and clean. They have products galore. The people who were there were very helpful, and took time to answer questions, make suggestions, and actually show you the products. The only person that was missing was the young lady that I'd met last summer who was my go-to for questions about hair products and wig info. She wasn't there. She helped my cousin (80) find a wig that she really loved.
If you want hair products, accessories, or just to change up your hair, this is the place to go. They have different price points and textures on the wigs. They also have travel size hair and edge control gels.

I went into B&B last night and they were about to close. The owner allowed me to come in, opened up the wig room, which was already closed and took out time for me to get what was needed, and I had a hair 911. Thank you for being kind and being a great example of Excellent customer service.

I love the variety of wigs and all manner of accessories/products!
I’m a cosplayer and anytime I’m in town, I hit this store up to stock up on my wigs for future costumes.

Today, Tatyana and Cierra took time to help me find a very specific wig style and color. They were really fun and worked well together to help me find what I needed. They were light-hearted and making jokes and I could tell they enjoyed what they do. Thanks again, ladies!

I stopped coming to this location because of how previous staff/management treated their customers.I decided to give it another shot.Completely different atmosphere from what it was before.Parth was so welcoming and nice to not only me but other customers coming in and checking out. Ardae was very helpful and nice as well. The customer service was so good! I will be returning.

There is a lot of hair to choose from. And the lady was very nice.

The selection in this store is amazing. They have whole lines of different products. They were very helpful and friendly. The prices are a little higher than other stores but I think the superb customer service makes it worth it.
